Chloe Khan, is a British born media personality, model and reality television star. She is best known for her appearances on The X-Factor UK series 7[1] and Celebrity Big Brother UK series 18.[2] She has also appeared on the cover of Playboy Magazine.[3]
Early life
Khan was born in Wakefield, England.[4] Prior to her appearance on The X-Factor, she went to a performing arts college.
Television career
In 2010, at 19 years old, Khan came to prominence after appearing on the seventh series of The X-Factor, where she went by the name Chloe Mafia. Khan passed the audition stage, auditioning the same day and episode as future One Direction member Zayn Malik, but she was eliminated at the bootcamp stage after turning up to the audition late with a hangover.[5][6] She returned during the live shows in a group alongside fellow rejected contestants to perform Lady Gaga's, Bad Romance. Her appearance on the show garnered a large amount of negative press from tabloids, including accusing Khan of being an escort and a cocaine addict, which she claims fueled her to become successful.[1][7][8][9]
After her appearance on The X-Factor, Khan made multiple other television appearances including; This Morning,[10] Snog, Marry, Avoid?[11][12] and Hooked on the Look.
In 2016, Khan entered the eighteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother UK, on Day 1,[13][14][15][16] where she ultimately placed twelfth overall.[2][17] During her time in the Big Brother house, she was involved in a romance with eventual winner, Stephen Bear,[18][19][20] who had a girlfriend outside of the show, who eventually entered the house as a houseguest during a task to confront Bear.[21]
She made several other television appearances after Celebrity Big Brother, including; 100% Hotter,[22][23][24] Just Tattoo of Us,[25][26] Celebrity Sex Pod[27] and Good Morning Britain.[28]
Modeling career
Khan began working as a page 3 model after her initial appearance on The X-Factor.[29] She began working as a webcam model, eventually opening her own webcamming business.[30][31][32][33][34][35][36] She currently runs her own OnlyFans page, where she posts nude photos.
In 2015, Khan posed nude and on the cover for Playboy Magazine.[3][37][38] She graced the cover of the magazine four more times, posing nude each time. She briefly was the face of Spearmint Rhino strip clubs.
Personal life
Khan briefly dated Spearmint Rhino founder and CEO, John Gray, they met at a Playboy Mansion Halloween party.[39][40][41] She also dated Ex on the Beach star and former footballer Ashley Cain.[42][43][44][45][46][47]
In 2021, Khan alongside other media personalities, social media influencers and reality television stars was publicly named by the Advertising Standard Authority (ASA), for repeatedly failing to disclose when their Instagram posts were actually paid advertisements. The ASA, claimed any other advertisements that were not properly labelled, would have further sanctions considered.[48] Khan has over 2 million followers on Instagram.
In 2021, her London home was robbed, with over £180,000 worth of items stolen.[49][50]
She has a daughter named Destiny, who she keeps away from the public eye.[51][52]
