Early life[edit]
Joslin was born in Hawaiian Gardens, California. He was raised by his grandparents. His mother was addicted to drugs, and spent much of his childhood in-and-out of rehab. His father was killed by the police when Joslin was seven, never having made his acquaintance.[2] Joslin started skating when he was three, and by the age of ten he was winning competitions and planning to become a professional skater. [3]
Skateboarding[edit]
Joslin went pro in September of 2015 for Plan B Skateboards.[4] In 2018, he was a finalist for Thrasher's Skater of the Year.[5] His current sponsors include Etnies, Plan B Skateboards, Independent Truck Company, and Bones.[5] He is a member of the USA Skateboarding National Team.[6] He has competed in X Games Real Street in multiple years, placing first in 2016, second in 2019, and third in 2018.
