Chris Martenet is a ice hockey defenseman who currently plays for the London Knights of the OHL.
Playing career
Junior
Chris played with the Shattucks St. Mary’s AA team in Faribault, Minnesota, where he scored 8 goals and 30 points in 43 games. After this, he decided to play for the Indiana Ice team of the USHL, where he gained only 5 points in a disappointing season. After the team folded, he decided to go to the OHL’s London Knights, inspired by the recent talent that originated there. In his rookie season, he played most of the season and had a good season.
After his season, he was drafted in the 2015 NHL Draft, where he was selected in the 4th Round, 103rd overall, by the Dallas Stars.
