Christine J. Gold is a Canadian author, spiritual coach, and podcast host based in Calgary, Alberta. She is the founder of Soul Healers Sanctuary, a healing and coaching practice for empathic and neurodivergent women navigating transitions from corporate careers into purpose-led work.
Career
Christine worked in sales and marketing for over 25 years. She left corporate work in 2017 after a period of personal and spiritual change. She subsequently trained as a certified breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, Reiki practitioner, and Human Design reader, and established Soul Healers Sanctuary as her primary practice.
Since 2019, Christine has hosted Heart Led Soul Fed, a spirituality podcast now spanning nine seasons, focused on intuition, healing, and conscious living for empaths and sensitive people. The podcast is listed on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
