Christopher Richard Stringini (also known as "Richie Stringini") is an American actor, dancer, and singer. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.
Early life
Stringini was adopted at the age of four by Kathleen and Robert Stringini from Wheaton, Illinois. Stringini has a brother named Bobby. He studied at Acacia Academy in LaGrange, Illinois, and started modeling professionally at the age of four.
US5
Stringini is known as "Richie" in the pop boy band US5, and the group was formed under Lou Pearlman's record label through the television reality show *Big In America* (BIA). Richie is a true member of US5, with success in Europe with his band Maria Top50. Richie and his band were still on a stadium tour in Europe until 2008. Until 2010, he disbanded with the band.
Acting
Stringini, as a teenager, starred in the movie "Rule Number One" before he flew to Orlando, Florida, for an audition for the German TV show "Big in America" which searched for five young men to form a boy band.
