Churchill Knight & Associates is a UK-based accountancy firm that provides accountancy services and payroll solutions for contractors, freelancers and self-employed individuals. The company was founded in 1998 by John and Louise Payne.[2]
History[edit]
Churchill Knight was established in 1998. The company's co-found, John Payne was a contractor at the time. Dissatisfied with the accountancy services available at the time, he decided to set up Churchill Knight.
By 2003, Churchill Knight & Associate's clientele mounted allowing John to leave contracting and focus solely on the business.
In 2004, John and Louise appointed their first full time employee and in 2006 they moved the business out of their home office to Maple House in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Currently the company’s registered office is in Metropolitan House, Potters Bar and has over 150 employees and over 3,000 clients.
Causes and the Local Community[edit]
Churchill Knight and Associates Ltd support the local community and charities. A monthly dress down Friday is dedicated to the company’s chosen charity, Noah's Ark Children's Hospice.[3]
