At the age of 15, Cimo began experimenting with music production and became involved with like-minded musicians from the local scene. He collaborated extensively with other Dutch musicians. In 2010, he had the opportunity to participate in the television program "My Name Is Michael," which searched for lead performers for a theater show, a tribute to the deceased Michael Jackson.

These hits achieved high positions in the Dutch Top 40 and received global streams and airplay.
Starting from 2018, Cimo Fränkel began a close collaboration with Dutch DJ R3HAB. Together, they released several tracks, including the popular hit "All Around The World (La La La)."
