Stormer was a Former Super Chief in the Dallas District Attorney's Office, former Chief of the Mental Health Division managing the mental health trial docket in all criminal courts in Dallas County, and former Conviction Integrity and DNA Attorney for Dallas County’s internationally famous Conviction Integrity Unit (investigated, managed, and reevaluated hundreds of cases to determine if there were wrongfully convicted persons in Texas prisons, special emphasis on DNA). She appeared in a documentary in real time, [Dallas DNA], which has aired on the Investigation Discovery Channel and others since 2009.
Stormer was also the former Elected District Attorney, 235th Judicial District, Cooke County Texas. She was a former Assistant City Attorney in Dallas where she was the Chief Attorney for the Dallas Police Department, and an Executive Officer in the Dallas Police Department, Dallas, Texas. Stormer was a former Assistant District Attorney in Tarrant County. She has been a college professor of numerous subjects. She was a former police officer with ten years of experience in Police Work.
