Introduction

Citispotter is a UK Headquartered Cranfield and Cambridge (UK) based startup that has been developing proprietary AI-enabled technologies for digital media and brands to analyse and optimise marketing content such as emails, blogs, social media posts, press releases and speeches for better emotional engagement, enhanced quality, and increased impact. It analyses the emotional breakup and tone of the content. The tool has the option of sharing and exporting the text directly from the Citispotter AI editor. It is the first AI-powered content assistant that can analyse and predict the emotional tone of the content and highlight the sentiments and emotions present in a piece of text. The company has got its initial investment from Essex University and a pre-seed grant from Bettany Centre For Entrepreneurship at Cranfield University. The incubation of the company was done at the Accelerate Cambridge, Judge Business School, University of Cambridge (UK) and WeWork Jumpstart (India), and is supported by Enterprise Europe Network, St Johns innovation centre as well as Indian Institute of Management (India).

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool offers insightful content analysis to optimise content for emotional engagement.

It helps in creating engaging and attractive content without much effort and time. It carries a 360° content Analysis on emotions, impact, and safety. It enables content creators and marketers to analyse the content in real-time on emotions and sentiments. The tool suggests what emotions are being invoked in the readers while reading the content. It highlights specific sentence related to Emotions (Joy, Fear, Sadness, Anger, Love and surprise) and Sentiments (Negative and Positive tone). The tool also allows to export and share the content directly from the dashboard without any hassle.
