CAPSE (Civil Aviation Passenger Service Evaluation)(Chinese: 民航旅客服务测评) is a third-party civil aviation service evaluation institution, headquartered in Hefei, Anhui Province, People’s Republic of China. CAPSE's products and services include civil aviation passenger service evaluation reports and industry solutions.[1][2][3]Apart from these services, CAPSE has successfully held annual CAPSE Aviation Services Awards, and presents awards to Chinese airports and airlines that it considers noteworthy in their performance.[4][5]In 2018, CAPSE presented the China Travel Awards to major global airlines at the 2018 Aviation Festival.[6]

CAPSE Service Evaluation Reports[edit]

CAPSE Service Evaluation Reports for airlines and airports on such key performance indicators as in-flight services, cabin staff, security check, baggage services, ground services, irregular flight services, and several other elements of air travel.[9][10]CAPSE takes questionnaire surveys from air travelers to measure passenger satisfaction.[11][12][13]

Industry Solutions[edit]

CAPSE provides civil aviation services solutions to air businesses. As of July 2018, there are around 80% airlines and airports in China have adopted CAPSE's indexes, and over 40 enterprises have applied the data analysis reports and service solutions.[6][14]
