History

Clario Tech Limited was established in 2019 and announced its new platform at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2020 in Las Vegas.

Kromtech Acquisition

Clario Tech Limited acquired Kromtech [4] which includes the platforms MacKeeper[5] and StopAd.
