ClassMarker allows users to create and administer online exams, and instantly grades the results, eliminating the need for test takers to wait. The company uses a freemium model, enabling educators and nonprofits to use the service with limited features at no cost. ClassMarker provides exam services for teachers, schools, universities, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.[1]

History

ClassMarker was founded by Trent Williams in 2006. ClassMarker has received multiple business awards for accessibility and business excellence.[2] [3] [4]

Founder Trent Williams delivers educational talks to help startups on various topics.[5]

Software

ClassMarker provides online software for creating, taking, and grading exams online. Tests are private by default, and exam access is limited to the test creator. Custom certificates can be downloaded by test-takers at the end of exams. Tests can be embedded on a third-party website, or taken directly on ClassMarker through a unique link. Users can be registered by test creators and log in to take assigned exams.
