Claudio Quartarone is an Italian Guitarist and composer.[1] He was born in Catania, and studied at Siena Jazz.[1]

Quartarone was discovered by Enrico Rava, he took part in his group "Rava Special Edition".

He has performed and recorded with an eclectic variety of artists including Enrico Rava, Francesco Cafiso, Umberto Fiorentino, Yussef Dayes, Rocco Palladino, Fabrizio Sferra, Matteo Mancuso.[1] He has also recorded several original records for major Italian label Rai Com. A musical software by Australian company Valiant Samples, "Quartarone Guitar Reveries", a VST plugin was made on the signature electric sound of Claudio Quartarone.
