Clemens Fischer

Clemens Fischer (born 28 May 1975) is a German serial entrepreneur and investor. He founded Futrue, an international pharmaceutical group controlling more than 20 healthcare companies. Futrue is active in areas such as intelligent bacteria, innovative pain therapies, chemical-free drugs, medical cannabis and e-health. Several Futrue companies belong to the fastest growing healthcare companies in Europe.[1]

Since starting his entrepreneurial career Fischer sold several companies after successfully positioning them in the market; amongst the buyers are pharmaceutical giants such as Novartis, Dermapharm, and Perrigo.[2][3]

Before establishing his holding Futrue, Fischer worked for companies such as Novartis, where he was a member of the German executive board and responsible for the strategy and the cardiovascular divisions.[4]

Education[edit]

Fischer holds a doctorate in Medicine, a master in Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School.[5]

Wealth[edit]

According to the manager magazine Bilanz, Fischer is ranked among the 500 richest people in Germany.[6][7]

Fischer has been awarded "CEO of the Future" by McKinsey and Manager Magazin.[8][9]
