Cleon Peterson is a Los Angeles based artist who creates violent, disrupted and somewhat political art that reflects struggles in complementary society. Cleon often only uses black, white, red, and yellow in his paintings and prints to symbolize a bold message of, "a struggle between power and submission in the fluctuating architecture of contemporary society"[1]. He has work showcased around the world and has worked on many unique commissions, including multiple artistic collaborations with Grammy award winning rock band "Portugal. The Man.
