ClickHome is a construction management and customer-relationship management (CRM) software suite developed by Imagemation Pty Ltd of Perth, Western Australia. The platform provides workflow automation, sales/CRM, pre-construction and on-site construction management, mobile supervision tools, and a customer portal for residential home builders.[1]

    History

ClickHome was founded in 2004 by James Selleck and Aaron Savory under Imagemation Pty Ltd, a Perth-based software company.[2] The product emerged from custom software projects for Western Australian builders and evolved into a packaged solution for residential home construction.

In May 2025, ClickHome launched ClickHome Cloud, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) version designed for small and mid-sized builders.[3][4]

    Features

    ClickHome provides modules covering:

    • sales and marketing CRM,
    • land/tender tracking and contract administration,
    • on-site field management, inspections and defect tracking,
    • customer and supplier portals,
    • finance control and warranty/maintenance.

The system integrates with estimating and accounting software such as Beams, Databuild, and Sage.[5] Mobile apps published under the developer account include tools for site supervisors and trade partners.[6]

    Deployment

ClickHome is available in three deployment models:

    • Cloud (SaaS) – subscription-based, hosted on AWS in Sydney,
    • Managed-hosted – vendor-managed infrastructure,
    • Enterprise (on-premises) – for large builders requiring extensive customization.[7]

    Industry adoption

The Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI) noted in a study of the suburban home building industry that proprietary software packages such as ClickHome were widely used by volume builders to manage scheduling, trade coordination and supply processes.[8]

Architecture & Design, an Australian trade publication, describes ClickHome as "installed at several of Australia’s largest builders" and a software tool for project home building.[9]

Independent software directories list ClickHome clients including Metricon, Gemini Homes, Hickinbotham Homes, and Home Group WA.[10]

    Reception

On software review platforms such as Capterra and GetApp, ClickHome is rated by users for its functionality in scheduling, customer communication, and construction workflow.[11]
