Climate Connect Climate Connect is a donation funded NGO from Erlangen, Germany. The NGO operates the online plattform “climateconnect.earth”, which was launched in July 2020. Tobias Rehm, Christoph Stoll and Thomas Bove are the founders of Climate Connect.

The online plattform “climateconnect.earth” is a free to use and open source online platform to support and initiate projects against climate change worldwide. Users can share their own projects, find new ones to get involved with or just browse to find a local organisation. Moreover the platform is independent and community driven.

“Believe in together” is the vision statement behind the climate community. It was born out of the belief that societal transformation towards a climate neutral future will happen faster if all actors are getting properly connected. Climate Connect believes that by connecting all people, who are already working towards a sustainable and eco-friendly future, a huge impact can be achieved against climate change. “Together” emphasizes that collaboration in climate action can exist between all kinds of actors. Therefore Climate Connect wants to set up a new era of climate action: “It’s not about finding a person or a company to blame, it’s about working with those together, who want to help, no matter from which background they come from”.
