Cloud Lodge Books is an independent publishing company founded in 2016. The press seeks to publish “original, risk-taking and imaginative novels that do not shy away from difficult or controversial topics”.[1]

In an interview with Tina Jackson of Writing Magazine, Managing Director William Campos reaffirmed the press’s commitment to diversity in that it seeks to feature writers (and characters) who cross all boundaries of race, religion, nationality, sexuality and gender.[2]

Together with Campos, Cloud Lodge Books’s publishing team includes acquisitions editor (literary fiction) Oliver Walton, an English teacher; and acquisitions editor (speculative fiction) Alex Hernandez, a science fiction writer based in Florida. The press also employs a range of consultants, among them ex-BookBrunch MD Brigid Macleod.[3]
