"Club Classics" (stylized in sentence case) is a song by English singer Charli XCX, released on April 3, 2024,[1] through Atlantic Records, and served as the first promotional single for Brat along with "B2B" as a double A single.
The song was later remixed with BB Trickz[2] and included as the second track on the remix album, Brat and It's Completely Different but Also Still Brat.
Upon the album's release, the song itself charted and later peaked at number 9 on the UK Official Dance Chart.[3]
The song has been included in her concert sets since the release of Brat.
Background
The song began in Charli's husband, George Daniel's kitchen.[4] She states about the song:
"I was talking about missing hearing Sophie’s music as much as I used to at parties and ended up turning this thought into a song about only really wanting to hear my own music and my friends’ music at clubs."
On the b-side of some Von Dutch physical releases, an early demo was released as "??????", or "edit".[5]
The day before its release, she sent a voice memo to a small amount of fans announcing that it would appear on Brat.[6][7]
Reception
The song, as of April 2025, has amassed over 100 million streams, Charli's 24th song to do so.[8]
