Club Sol de Mayo
Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". The Sol de Mayo Social and Sports Club is an entity of the city of Viedma , capital of the province of Rio Negro , Argentina . It has a men's soccer team that currently plays in the Federal A Tournament , the third division of Argentine soccer for teams indirectly affiliated with the AFA . It is also part of Alianza Viedma , which competes in the second category of national basketball.
The soccer team has played the Federal A Tournament since 2018, after having achieved promotion against Ferro de Olavarría in the 2017 Federal B Tournament.
On February 26, 2019, for the Argentine Cup , they eliminated Rosario Central , from the First Division and current champion of said cup, on penalties, after having tied the match .
