Codeproof is an enterprise mobile security company that enables businesses to easily secure, deploy and manage mobile applications and corporate data on various mobile devices including IoT. Codeproof offers a SaaS based BYOD security and mobile management platform built on top of Amazon's elastic cloud stack for maximum scalability. Codeproof focuses on corporate data leakage prevention through mobile end points. Product feature include Mobile Application Management, Mobile Policy Management and Mobile Device Management. Also includes location-based policies (Geofencing) and time based policies. With Codeproof's ease of deployment and management support for multiple device platforms, businesses can quickly ramp up their security solutions, managing both employee-owned (BYOD-Bring Your Own Device) and corporate-owned devices from a single cloud console. Codeproof announced their service offering to businesses on October 30, 2012.[1]

Codeproof Technologies Inc is a privately funded American corporation headquartered in Bellevue, WA. Codeproof Technologies was founded by Satish Shetty[2][3] in September 2011.[4]
