Coe Juracek is a finance professional with over two decades of experience in the real estate investment and development industry. After graduating from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in history in 1995, he began his career with the Trammell Crow Company, a powerhouse in commercial real estate investment and development. He worked as a member of the firm’s corporate services team before transitioning into real estate acquisitions, asset management, and development.
In 1996, Coe Juracek joined Wellsford Residential Property Trust as an analyst. Wellsford specialized in the ownership and operation of multifamily communities in the Southwest and Pacific Northwest regions. A year later, after Wellsford was acquired by Equity Residential, he joined HomeGate Hospitality as an associate, where his job responsibilities included hotel development site selection and feasibility analysis. After another acquisition, he moved up to director of development for Prime Hospitality Group in the Texas region before transitioning into multifamily development with Benton Partners in North Texas.
Since 1999, Juracek has been with Crow Holdings Company, a leading player in the industrial and multifamily real estate markets. With $16 billion in assets, CHC specializes in real estate investment management in main-line product types like industrial and multifamily and also in niche products like manufactured homes, student housing, storage spaces, convenience and gas, and service retail locations. As a senior managing director for CHC, Juracek oversees business development, strategic initiatives, and capital formation. He’s also a voting member of the Pension Real Estate Association and a member of the CHC investment committee.
Coe Juracek holds an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. With his extensive experience in real estate investment and development, Juracek has become a highly respected and sought-after professional in the industry. His leadership at Crow Holdings Company has contributed to the company's continued success in the commercial real estate and investment properties markets.
