Coherent breathing

Coherent Breathing is a type of breathing method which involves breathing at the rate of five breaths per minute with equal periods of inhalation and exhalation and conscious relaxation of anatomical zones.[1][2]
Description
The coherent breathing method proposes that we learn to breathe at the rate of 5 breaths per minute and simultaneously relax anatomical zones.[3]
