Cojedes Go Go
Cojedes Go Go (VVC) is a Venezuelan political party of regional scope, founded and led by Alberto Galíndez, current governor of the state of Cojedes, after being expelled from the ranks of Justice First.[1]
History
On April 11, 2025, the regional political organization Cojedes Go Go was registered with the National Electoral Council.[2]
This party nominated Galíndez as a candidate for re-election in the May 25 elections, as well as candidates for the Legislative Council of Cojedes and the National Assembly, in coalition with the Democratic Alliance.[3]
In those elections, Galíndez was re-elected with 54.83% of the vote. His party contributed the most votes, accounting for 73% of the total. The party also won five of the seven seats on the Legislative Council, as well as seats in the National Assembly.[4][5][6]
In the 2025 Venezuelan municipal elections, the party managed to win all the mayoralties in the Cojedes state, becoming the third party with the most mayoralties in the country, behind the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and Fuerza Vecinal.[7]
