The Coker Cobras are the athletic teams that represent Coker University, located in Hartsville, South Carolina, in intercollegiate sports at the Division II level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), primarily competing in the South Atlantic Conference since the 2013–14 academic year.
Coker competes in 22 intercollegiate varsity sports. Men's sports include baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, track and field (indoor and outdoor), and wrestling; while women's sports include acrobatics and tumbling, basketball, cross country, field hockey, golf, lacrosse, soccer, softball, tennis, track and field (indoor and outdoor), and volleyball.
