Colin Cantwell

Colin Cantwell, a special effects artist, was hired by George Lucas to develop spacecraft for Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. Cantwell worked on designs that resulted in the Death Star, the X and Y wing fighters, the TIE fighters, Star Destroyer, Imperial Cruiser, and more.
