Colleen Mulligan

Colleen Mulligan (born 1979) is a Los Angeles based artist. Painting large images of folding flesh, her work has been compared to the likes of Georgia O'Keeffe.[1]
Mulligan attended Pratt Institute in New York City from 1997 to 2002. In 2005 Mulligan participated in the Florence Biennale.[2] Her 2007 exhibition at Tarryn Teresa Gallery, Santa Monica, entitled 'Complexities of Union' displayed both large scale, organic paintings and tiny drawings.[2]
