Columbia Banking System, Inc. is a publicly traded financial services holding company headquartered in Tacoma, Washington. Columbia Bank is a full-service, commercial bank with over 150 branches in Idaho, Oregon and Washington. In September 2012, Columbia Bank acquired West Coast Bank. On January 9, 2017 it was announced that Columbia Bank would acquire Pacific Continental Bank headquartered in Eugene, Oregon[1].
