The Bears added three more points on another Santos field goal in the third quarter to head into the fourth quarter down 21-9. D'Andre Swift added a touchdown for the Bears in the fourth quarter to narrow the gap to 21-16. Jordan Love then threw another touchdown pass, this time to Matthew Golden, once again making it a two-score game at 27-16 following a Brandon McManus missed extra-point. The Bears responded with a touchdown pass from Caleb Williams to Olamide Zaccheaus and added a two-point conversion to make the score 27-24. Brandon McManus missed his second field goal of the night on the next Packers drive, and Caleb Williams responded with a touchdown pass to D.J. Moore to complete the 18-point comeback. The Bears responded with a stop as regulation ran out on the Packers next possession, and the Bears advanced to the Divisional Round to host the Los Angeles Rams.
The Bears 18-point comeback was the first 18-point comeback in the playoffs since the New England Patriots came back from down 25 against the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI.
