ComFi is an international telecommunications company specializing in low-cost domestic and international calls (the Comfi communications network automatically finds and reduces calling rates based on increasing call volumes and the wholesales telecommunications market) and a leading seller of phone cards online since 2005 to present time. It was founded in 2000, taking its name from a portmanteau of the words – Communication and Fidelity.[1]. The Comfi services are available through their website ComFi.com and mobile applications. These products include various types of online calling cards and various alternative calling services[2]. Users can make the least expensive calls to destinations all over the world. ComFi is accredited by BBB Better Business Bureau and has an A+ rating [3]

When ComFi was established, it began offering low-cost calling cards for domestic and international calls and later expanded their services to include various calling applications, such as VOIP Account, Web callback, Direct dial, Family account, and a mobile app. Comfi maintains an affiliate program and white label partnership program at PushLine.com that allows its partners to create their own private label websites and products. In addition to these calling services, ComFi offers cell phone refills (TopUp) for all of the most popular providers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, AirVoice, H2O, I-wireless, Movida, Platinumtel, Ready Wireless, and many other international providers.

Mobile app[edit]

The ComFi Cheap International Calls mobile app was first released in 2012[4]. It was developed for both iOS and Android platforms and is currently available through the App Store and Google Play. The mobile app provides options for placing low-cost phone calls to international locations using either phone lines, internet connections (WiFi and Mobile Data) or free calls to other ComFi users [5], [6].

Calling Cards[edit]

ComFi offers various types of calling cards for inexpensive international and domestic calls [7]. These cards are designed for different destinations, allowing customers to receive the best rates tailored to their specific calling habits such as frequency of calls, typical call duration, and desired connection sound quality. These calling cards can also be refilled and auto-refilled[8]. Instead of purchasing a new calling card, customers can add money to their accounts to top up the balance.
