Comix is an image viewer made with the intent of reading comics. It can read ZIP, RAR and tar files and normal graphic files.[1] It is written in Python and uses GTK+ and PyGTK libraries.[2] Comix has such features as a manager of bookmarks, library and zooming\unzooming controlled by a mouse.
The last version of Comix was published in 2009. In order to continue the project, a fork called MComix was created.[3]
