Basic general information about the regulations on land ownership by foreigners. Land ownership by foreigners has been split into three categories Full (100%) ownership, Partial (51% - 99%) ownership, and Partnered (<= 50%) ownership, a fourth category "No Land Ownership" is used for countries that offer long term lease requiring owners to rebuy after their initial investment. Other criteria to include transparency score, property tax, etc.
