Compliance Audit Systems (CAS) is a software development and consultancy startup company incorporated in New Zealand in 2018 [1] to service the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. The company aims to develop a practical online system that supports BIM and open legal knowledge interchange standards [2] to help automate the building consent process.
