Conn Mac Niall Mac Brian Faghartagh O'Neill, (1575-1619) was the last Lord of Upper Clannaboy, a Gaelic lordship in Ulster.
Life[edit]
O'Neill was the son of Niall MacBrian Faghartagh O'Neill, Captain of the Ards and his wife Katherine, a daughter of Brian Mac Phelim O'Neill. His mother was previously married to Hugh O'Neill, Earl of Tyrone.
His principle castle was located at Castle Reagh in the Holywood Hills overlooking Belfast.
Death[edit]
Conn died in relative obscurity in 1619 at the age of 44 years old in the townland of Ballymenoch near Holywood, Co. Down.
