Barangay Concepcion is one of the 80 barangays of San Pablo City. It is located near the heart of the city and bounded by Brgy. Sta. Isabel on the east, Brgy. San Pedro on the north, Brgy. San Francisco on the south, and the city proper on the west. It is the fourth most populous barangay in the city.
