Concordia Financial Group, Ltd. (株式会社コンコルディア・フィナンシャルグループ, Kabushiki gaisha Konkorudia Finansharu Gurūpu) is a Japanese bank holding and financial services group headquartered in Nihonbashi, Chuo, Japan.[2] It is a wholly owning parent company of Bank of Yokohama and Higashi-Nippon Bank.[3]
The company offers a wide range of financial services and business solutions with its subsidiaries based in the Greater Tokyo Area including Kanagawa Prefecture.
History
The company was established on 1 April, 2016 with the management integration of two regional banks in Japan: Kanagawa-based Bank of Yokohama and Tokyo-based Higashi-Nippon Bank.[4] The company announced that it will acquire Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Loan & Finance from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.
