Connect Resources
History
Connect Resources is a staffing company founded in 2016 in the Middle East, with headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates licensed under the Dubai Economy Department.[1] and approved to operate by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization[2].
Connect Resources has been distinguished for its contribution to the UAE economy and awarded as the leading outsourcing manpower company in the United Arab Emirates. It has also been recognized for solving visa quota issues for companies in the United Arab Emirates[3]
In 2020, Connect Resources opened the second of its companies, called Connect Freelance. Connect Freelance developed a large portfolio and workforce of Freelancers in the region and offering them different visa designations [4] according to their profession.
In 2021, Connect Resources opened a new company in Jebel Ali Free Zone[5](JAFZA) and is currently registered as an authorized manpower company in JAFZA.[6]

Connect Freelance[8] is the first online freelance platform[9] in the United Arab Emirates. Companies and individuals are offered a wide range of services for their urgent needs, giving the possibility to hire freelancers or for freelancers to perform their activity legally in the United Arab Emirates.
Connect Business Center[10] is a business center located in the heart of Dubai, composed of 19 offices. Companies can rent their offices on a yearly basis.
Connect Business Centers[11] is a portal that includes available business centers in the United Arab Emirates for companies to rent office space on an hourly, weekly, or yearly basis.
Connect Free Zone[12] specializes in company setup services in the UAE.
Connect Services Middle East[13] is a business consultancy business, with the aim of serving companies all over the world to start conducting and to carry forward businesses in the UAE.
The Talent Point[14] specializes in staffing and recruitment services in the UAE. The Talent Point is a portal for employees to look for new jobs and for employers to find the right candidates.
Connect Staff [15] specializes in providing temporary manpower[16] to companies in the GCC region.
