Connex is a non-profit multi-site facilities management trade association based in Dallas, Tx.[1]. Connex was formed in 1995 as Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM)[2]. The primary goal of PRSM's founders was to simplify to complex nature of multi-site facility management maintenance issues[3].
Connex is governed by board of directors. The current officers where elected on April 26, 2019 and include industry professionals from international retailers[4]. On April 30, 2019, PRSM announced that it had rebranded as Connex, The Multi-Site Facilities Network at the PRSM2019 National Conference[5][6]
