Conrad Taylor

Conrad Taylor (September 9, 1996) is a councilman for Binghamton's Fourth City Council District, which comprises Downtown Binghamton and the Northside.[1] He is a current student at Binghamton University where he studies political science.[2] He was elected on November 3, 2015 with 55% of the vote as a Democrat.[3][4][5]
