Constantina L. Pair de Christos (born February, 1966 or 1968) is a Catholic philanthropist, songwriter, author, and American pageant titleholder. She has lived a colorful life as a performer, transcending her talents as a force for good across many continents. Pair de Christos is passionately committed to bringing betterment to various children's causes — she's a global humanitarian who stands strong for artists in advocacy. Pair de Christos pursues her mission of touching the lives of children around the world through the organization she founded, Charitable Child Fund, and other non-profits she represents.

Personal life[edit]

Pair de Christos is of Scottish-Spanish descent. Her devotion to helping children in need stems from loosing her parents at a very young age; early on in life she realized her talents in music and their ability to help her and others overcome hardships. Pair de Christos' tenacity— and passionate faith——afforded her the opportunity to study at the School for Creative and Performing Arts, Long Island University, and Loyola Marymount University. Her first degree in instrumental music helped bring her musical career to a level of international acclaim, while studying theology at LMU has propelled her to live by a pastoral approach, transcending her deep humanitarian mission within.  Pair de Christos has been quoted in OYE Magazine as saying "…[I have] a deep-rooted desire to give back to children because I know what it is like to have no one." Her strong Catholic conviction and personal drive have long spirited her altruistic efforts, evident in her many involvements.

Pair de Christos was married for more than a decade. Now single, she lives in Los Angeles and devotes her time to serving Catholic non-profit driven missions while helping corporate entities implement hands-on action to bring betterment to children around the world. Pair de Christos' mission continues to encourage others to also give their time, talent, and treasure in building the voice of every child.

Philanthropy and other activities[edit]

Pair de Christos has made it her life's mission to give back to children's causes, helping orphans in crisis overcome hardships on an international scale. From acting behind the scenes as a devoted missionary, to gracing the stage to voice a cause, she has always used her gifts to make a difference. Pair de Christos pursues her mission of touching the lives of children around the world through the 501c3 organization she founded in the early 2000s, Charitable Child Fund (CCF4Kids) and other accredited non-profits she represents.

In 2006, Pair de Christos was recognized by UNESCO's GoodWill Ambassador to Ecuador for her hands-on approach as a Latina woman to leading missions. An article in Latin Style Magazine, which celebrated her as "Karma's Queen," cemented this recognition by calling Pair de Christos a "tenacious go-getter," noting "her mission in life is to give back." She then stood as a cornerstone supporter of Pope John Paul II's legacy council, volunteering to raise greater awareness in international faith-based communities.

In 2011, Pair de Christos served as a Catechist for the Archdiocese of California while volunteering as a motivational speaker for youth audiences in various US parishes. She has immense experience aiding children overseas, but is the most passionate about taking care of children in the US. In 2012, Pair de Christos certified as a resource parent and made a personal pledge to provide her Los Angeles home to the US Department of Children & Family Services. She has since journeyed with over a dozen cases in the foster care system, standing strong for children in need.

Continuing in her mission to garner greater awareness for California's children in crisis, Pair de Christos held a title with the Ms. America pageant in 2015. While championing the journey of fostering, she continued with her active philanthropic work, using her voice along with this platform to share her mission and inspire others to get involved.

Pair de Christos' musical career reached a level of international stardom in the early 2000s, when, as a recording artist, she shared platforms with the Grammy Foundation promoting her song, "Live for the Children." Another hit single of Pair de Christos', called "Ritmo del Amor," landed on Latin Billboard album, and lead to her working with Mandalay Entertainment. Pair de Christos' music has been featured on such television networks as NBC, on the program "Latina Eyes," and on Telemundo's "Off The Roof." (link to 2 separate blog posts w/ videos).

On April 14, 2004, Pair de Christos surpassed the reach rank of such superstars as Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Paulina Rubio, Thalia, and Jennifer Lopez and became the most downloaded Latina singer on the net with 20,000,000 hits from more than 100 countries on her site in April at www.Constantina.com

Always using music as her way to serve others in need, Pair de Christos' 2003 hit, "You Are My Hero" was written in dedication to the US troops in Iraq.

Pair de Christos co-founded Astyria Entertainment and started music-mission programs worldwide in 2000. Inspiring audiences in Europe and Latin America, the company subsequently orchestrated global causes for children-in-crisis, and five years later, transitioned into Astyria Enterprises. A keen businesswoman, she was also the driving force behind Lip Goddess Inc., a cosmetics collection founded in mid 2000s with the belief that "True Beauty Comes From Within." Pair de Christos, who had spent the previous years working with the world's top makeup artists, established this line of luxurious cosmetics that bridged sophisticated, luxury goods with giving back to those in need. The result was a following in the US, Europe, and eventually Asia and the Pacific Rim, as well. The business was sold in 2009, yet revenues from multilevel retail sales of this Vogue, Glamour and Vanity Fair approved beauty brand have continued to support her myriad of philanthropic endeavors to this day.

From 2010 onward, Pair de Christos held positions in other organizations, including spearheading the NOW Mission in her quest to enact positive change. In this specific role, she offered her expertise in spearheading on-site grassroots projects, as well as grant-making decisions that revolved around the NOW Mission's goal to end child hunger. Expanding her efforts, Pair de Christos has since continued to align her talents to support various businesses in developing their philanthropic strategies. In 2014, she joined noteworthy individuals at a Virgin Unite ideas summit on Richard Branson's Necker Island. Sharing her experiences to drive philanthropic causes and raise money for Virgin Unite,  Pair de Christos took part in a week of brainstorming and strategy sessions revolving around communities driving change. Continuing to stand as a force for good, she currently devotes her time to motivational speaking, to bridge businesses to philanthropic missions, making the world a better place. Pair de Christos currently advises Synergy Partners, Inc. to create charitable vehicles for multiple international programs that aid disadvantaged children in many corners of the world.

Increasing her list of credits with her upcoming book, True Beauty Giving Back, Pair de Christos shares personal anecdotes to illuminate the journey for prospective and current foster parents in America.
