Consumer Education Foundation
The Consumer Education Foundation is an American nonprofit organization. It gives grants to high-school students for books, and supports school research projects connected with consumer welfare. It was started in 1999 by Brian Wansink and his wife and was originally called the Wansink Consumer Education Foundation.
