Contis Group was founded in Yorkshire in 2008 by Peter Cox[2].
In March 2018, the company announced a partnership with cryptocurrency provider wirex to offer crypto-based debit cards[3][4][5]. This product won the award for Best Partnership at the PayTech awards in June 2018[6]
In December 2018, the company announced a FastTrack partnership with card provider Visa to give startups the opportunity to access the Visa payments network in four weeks[7][8][9][10][11][12]
