Convincing Paradox is an extension of Liar Paradox where two people arguing over a simple statement ended up contradicting their original belief.

Here is the example where two people say Cheena and Bantu arguing over a simple statement.

Chenna: I'm a happy-go-lucky kind of person, that's why I'm so easy to convince.

Bantu: You're an inexorable kinda person. It takes a lot of effort to convince you.

Cheena: No, you're wrong.

Bantu: See. And that's what I'm saying — You are not so easy to convince.

Take another scenario where irrespective of what the original speaker say — they will be going to contradict themselves.

Chenna: I'm a happy-go-lucky kind of person, that's why I'm so easy to convince.

Bantu: You're an inexorable kinda person. It takes a lot of effort to convince you.

Cheena: You're probably right.

Bantu: You are easily convinced that you're not so easy to convince — that is a paradox right there.

One can also argue this is slightly related to Gaslighting[1]
