Cook’n With Class

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Cook’n With Class is recognized as one of the first English speaking cooking schools in Paris, which has taught more than 20,000 students over 10,000 French recipes. French chef, Eric Fraudeau, founded the company in 2007 on rue Custine in the 18th district of Paris, better known as Montmartre.[1][2][3]

Before opening the school, Fraudeau trained with the likes of famous chefs, Joël Robuchon, and Alain Ducasse. He cooked in the kitchens of several different high-end hotels around North America, such as Sofitel New York, and Ritz-Carlton Montreal. In 2007 Fraudeau moved back to France, where he opened the doors of Cook’n With Class to the public, and began teaching small groups of English speaking tourists the art of French cuisine.[4]

Later in 2009, food writer, blogger and BBC television star, Rachel Khoo, joined the Cook’n With Class Paris team. She is known for having taught French pastries.[5]

By 2012, Paris By the Glass’s Preston Mohr joined Cook’n With Class as the in-house sommelier and tour guide. That same year Travel USA Today, The Star Travel,[6] CNN Travel,[7] and Elite Traveler[8] wrote feature articles on the cooking classes.

In 2013 Cook’n With Class moved location to 6, rue Baudelique in Montmartre, Paris (where it is currently located). New York Times Travel,[9] France Magazine, and David Lebovitz mentioned Cook’n With Class as a notable activity while traveling in Paris, France.[10]

Between 2013 and 2015, They appeared on French national television, as well as House Hunters International[11](aired on August 7th, 2014), and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
