Cooper Barnes is an English-American actor known for portraying Captain Man/Ray Manchester in the Nickelodeon TV series Henry Danger.[1]
Early life[edit]
Born in Sheffield, England. Cooper was raised in the western suburbs of Detroit in Michigan, United States. He graduated from Northville High School in 1997.
Career[edit]
Barnes started his acting career in the year 2001. Initially, he did tons of small roles before getting cast in the TV series Californication in 2007. In 2009, he appeared in the television series Cold Case. Two years later, the actor got signed for the show Pacino & Pacino Talent Agency. He was featured in six episodes of this show. After this, Barnes was seen in an episode of the 2012 TV series My Sister Charlie. He also got featured in Pair of Kings - The King's Brothers that year. In 2013, the British-American star did a number of projects including Switched at Birth, Jessie and Defending Santa. The following year, Barnes appeared in the TV series Suburgatory as well as Sunken City. He also got his breakthrough role of Captain Man for the show Henry Danger in 2014 whom he is currently still portraying.
Personal life[edit]
Barnes was born on 15 April 1979 in Sheffield, England. He grew up in Michigan and attended Northville High School till 1997. After this, he moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue his career in acting. Barnes got married to Liz Stewart, who is also an actor, writer and producer, on October 3, 2015. The couple dated for three years before tying the knot. They have a daughter named Ripley. Currently, the British-American star lives in USA with his family. Barnes has a down-to-earth personality in real life. He is also a huge fan of sports and likes watching tennis and soccer in his free time. Besides this, he also loves music.
