The Core Academy (Ke Rui Academy) is an independent, international, and multidisciplinary merit-based academy and research organization registered in Hong Kong.[1] The institution aims to support cutting-edge research in academia, promote the popularization of advanced academic findings in society, and facilitate academic communication and cultural exchange worldwide.[2]

The Academy has consisted of five departments: Department of Humanities, Department of Social Sciences, Department of Natural Sciences, Department of Engineering Sciences, and Department of Mathematics and Information Sciences.
The Core Academy Fellow is an academic honor and senior membership affiliated with the academy. It was established to recognize the original contributions made by scholars in their fields and willing to support the mission of the academy. The election of the Fellow of the Core Academy is completely merit-based.[4]
The prime criterion for election to the fellowship of the Academy is academic distinction as reflected in scholarly research activities, publications, and other contributions. All applicants or nominees have made an original contribution to the scholarship (typically, through the authorship of a book, a body of scholarly work or academic outputs, the editing of journals, and/or other works of diffusion and dissemination grounded in his/her field)[5].
Part of the current Fellows are: Bekaroğlu, Miodrag Mateljević, Anwar Nasim, Ismat Beg, and Hvedri Inassaridze.
