Cormac Neeson, is a folk rock solo artist that originated in Belfast. Neeson is also the lead singer of the Hard Rock band The Answer, that are signed to Albert Productions (UK).

Neeson has recorded his first solo album ‘White Feather’ in Nashville, Tennessee that comes under the genre of Country Soul, including themes of Celtic roots with a laid back folk rock feel. The demo track version of ‘White Feather’ was released in November of 2017, acting as a taster of the full abum that is being released in 2018.‘White Feather’ will include introspective songs from Neeson, delivering a fantastic new sound , drawing heavily on his deeply personal experiences of upheaval and seismic change over the last number of years. The White Feather recording will be produced by India Arie producer Blue Miller, who is the guitarist of the legendary Bob Seger, at his own Tennessee based studio. Neeson has said that ‘bands like the Bothy Band and singers like Paul Brady just knew how to breathe fresh life into songs that were always beautiful anyway’ and how such artists have influenced in solo album ventures. Neeson has also worked with a number of notable Nashville country song writers such as Tennessee songwriter of the year Corey Lee Barker, Steve O Brien, Blue Miller and Allen McKendree Palmer, who between them have sold in excess of 30 million songs. Neeson is a fan of Chris Stapleton because of his love for pure song writing and honest production as well as Neil Young’s earlier work.
