CORY G. CHARLSTON * Oil & Gas Heir * Independent Petroleum Producer * Right-wing Political Activist Charlston Notable Quotations: * Three football, fields, in, offset by mine-fields, policed by drones -- a 'wall', is, Manhattan-thinking ..." "It would seem, to me, 5 million just ain't, got to go; From Sumas (Pacific Northwest Natural Gas Supplies)[2] to the Columbia Bar: No Hydrocarbons; No cars; Tanks -- enforcing -- traffic-stops, along the way, out ...." " The best, way, to catch, a, rent-seeking, dissembling, rat, is to freeze, his ass."-- Charlston, 2021, on domestic public policy; Inflammatory, as -- usual. * "To be damaged, for me, is to be expelled, from a leftist dystopia -- home -- to my OKC Cattlemen's[3], bloody-rare, ma'am ..." " Oh, it isn't a joy, not to be, kidnapped, by state actors, nor mugged, by, the misunderstood and/or a member of, a, protected class ....." -- Charlston, 2020, his favored Cattlemen's Steakhouse[3], upon his inter-jurisdictional remand. * "What do, ya-give, a king -- King-Mob -- when he does a king's ransom, detained, politically detained, held subject to a ransom? -- The Governor's Mansion? CORY G. CHARLSTON is an oil and gas heir, a Marland Oil Company[4] heir, the precursor to ConocoPhillips Corporation[5][6]; A political donor[7] along with a political activist[8]; A former member of the Republican Party of the United States, Charlston having disavowed, 2022, associations with the Republican National Committee[9], stating he is "right" of the Seattle Republican Party, as has been, "clearly evidenced; And the New York City Republican Party, "informing the latter," presumably Charlston referring to the Republican National Committee; Charlston has further stated his ideologies are "Right-Center" as opposed to "Center-Right"; While Charlston has, seemingly, gravitated to a United States' "dissolusionment" perspective[10], as in a dismantling or dissolving of his country, the United States of America, specifically relating to his core areas[11] within his country, the United States, as those areas, might not, relate to their, other, areas. Charlston familially is arguably a derivative on a primary basis of what American political scientists in the academe refer to as the "Greater American Appalachian Quadrant", overlaid with secondary associations with attendant familial associations with the American South, Oklahoma's Little Dixie subset, and the American State of Texas. Charlston has, vaguely, made allusions, to the "Oklahoman Right,"[12] as a kind of socio-political typology, seemingly denoting the Radical Political Right[13] in his country, arguably concerning in light of Charlston's historicities both personal and familial, while stating his "Republicanism has always been consistent with his Old Democrat(ic) pedigree"[14] -- whatever that may mean.

Cory "Cory-Right" Charlston: Cartel-Cory; Scion, (Defunct) Mid-Continent Oil Cartel[15] [16]aka The Marland Association[17], w/ Oklahoma's, Notoriously Rightwing, Governor Kevin Stitt -- (Conoco)Phillips Pavillion[18], Oklahoma Governor's Mansion, 2020.

A businessman who founded the Westfall Gooden Oil Company, 2006[19][20] while studying economics as a pure social science, public policy, at Seattle University, and the associated single-family office investment company Westfall-Gooden SFO, Co.[21], 2008, a Washington State Limited Liability Company. As of January, 2023, Charlston appears to hold, per Oklahoma Secretary of State filings, a cognate general purpose investment(s) entity -- Westfall-Gooden Sfo, Co - Oklahoma.

Charlston's reputation is notorious -- next to universally described as one of the most lucky and most ruthless American oil men alive. With allegations of centralized state sponsorship and associations with the American political entity, associated agencies and offices, both major United States dominant political parties, if specifically the American Republican Party, with allegations of an extra-legal dimension incident to Charlston. While Charlston has made repeatedly controversial statements sometimes perplexing, with argued to be esoteric loaded dimensions, viz. his referencing of Oklahoma's Five Civilized (Native American) Tribes, 2022, as "His legacy, loyalist, irregular infantrymen," which in light of Charlston's familial historicities might be viewed as insensitive. While Charlston reportedly was associated with controversial King County, Washington, Prosecuting Attorney, Chuck Carroll[22], the former chairman of the King County Republican Party, subject to allegations of racketeering by future Washington State Governor, Dan Evans, Republican, along with his, purported relationship, former Washington State Governor Albert Rosellini[23], the founder of the modern Washington State Democratic Party. Charlston's great-grandfather, Chester H Westfall, is one of the principal founders of the proto-Oklahoma Democratic Party. Charlston is known to have had intimate relations with the former, now deceased, Governor. Charlston is reported at the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission[24] to be associated with and have financed the careers of former King County Prosecutor, deceased, Norm Maleng[25], and his protege, former King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg[26], seemingly, and inexplicably, as far back as 1992, when Charlston was -- 12 or 13 years old. Charlston seems to have an extensive interstate relationship with prosecutorial agency actors -- Per the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, Charlston is reflected as the political finance of the last, four, as of 2024, attorney generals of Oklahoma, while he appears similarly having financed similar actors across the United States, all associated with his Republican Party.

Charlston resides in the State of Oklahoma, primary, reportedly Oklahoma City and Sand Springs-Tulsa, Oklahoma[27], one of the more, understood, politically rightwing zip-codes[28] in the United States, with his notable entities, in-state and inter-state, situated in jurisdiction. Reportedly, rarely, leaving -- jurisdiction. Charlston notably has a reported professional lockbox in the reserved section for petroleum producers, Oklahoma City, Central Post Office, with many of the United States' more notable petroleum-frackers, right across the street from -- The Oklahoma City Federal Building Bombing Memorial.[29]

Charlston has stated, he, "views, his Oklahoman Entity," as a quasi-independent "state", presumably independent of the United States in some unspecified, by Charlston, terms, with a distinctly differentiated national identity; Charlston has stated his view that his Southern Republican Leadership Conference[30], while caucusing within the national Republican Party of the United States, is a caucus in itself, aligned, if independent, of the Republican National Committee. Charlston pursuant to such controversial statements and assertions has invoked historically complex historicities incident to the political formation of the modern American electoral system associated with his personal familial historicity characterized by academic political scientists in the academy as pre-and-post 1954-1965 demographic political alignments in the United States.

"Oklahoma, is, Israel" -- Charlston has, compared, "his Oklahoman Entity," to the state of Israel -- in an odd conflating of the two in his apparent consciousness of reality, arguably distorted, and his professed values in relations to his known associations with both. It is, therefore, notable: Charlston long reported to be associated with the Likud[31] right-wing political network of Benjamin Netanyahu[32], of Israel, along with the late Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson's[33] extensive networks in the United States and the late Rabbi Meir Kahane's[34] varied American organizations many listed at the United States Justice Department as "extremist"; While a, documented, member of the controversial American-Israel Public Affairs Committee in the United States, along with the Republican Jewish Coalition, associated with Charlston's late relationship, Max Fisher[35], founder, Aurora Oil Co. -- Has openly stated his support for an expulsion policy for the Gaza Strip post - events, October 7th, 2023, relating thereto, stating "From the River to the Sea ..."[36] seemingly mocking and ghosting Palestinian activists on subject. In disturbing further references, Charlston has invoked his nuclear family's associations with the Andrew Jackson Network, in his proto-United States, as Jackson, related to, America's, non-aligned, native American populations post the War of 1812[37]. "If (Stand) Watie was driven like a mule until blisters to his feet -- Who, say, it, ain't, Right?" -- Charlston.

Westfall Gooden Oil Co., a Washington State Limited Liability Company, is one of the largest executive mineral rights owners in the continental United States, inherited by Charlston, while also holding Charlston's inherited leasehold working interests in the prolific Jo Mill Spraberry Fields[38] and TXL Fields[39], West Texas. Charlston through Westfall Gooden Oil Co. owns, as well, material executive mineral rights and working interests across the Waddell Ranch[40], Crane and Ward counties, Texas, operated by Blackbeard Operating Co[41], leaving Charlston a partner in oil and gas activities with Blackbeard, along with others, the production of which is the basis for the New York Stock Exchange traded trust -- The Permian Basin Royalty Trust[42][43], associated with Charlston's great-grandfather, CH Westfall, along with his associates, Clint Murchison, Sid Richardson, and HL Hunt. Charlston reportedly has owned or does own in trust units in the Trust, while holding the underling real property mineral estates and leasehold estates in trust. Blackbeard Operating Co. is a direct subsidiary of the Carlyle Group[44] and Natural Gas Partners ( NGP Energy Capital Partners)[45].

Charlston's great-grandfather was the long-time personal secretary and executive agency actor of Oklahoma Governor Ernest W Marland, the first president of Marland Oil Co.[46], along with Kay County Gas Co.[47], the precursor to ConocoPhillips Corporation, and the Governor's chief-of-staff while in office, while purportedly the intellectual formative influence behind the Governor's Interstate Oil Compact Commission[48], an alleged oil cartel[49][50], The Mid-Continent Cartel (defunct)[51][52], alternatively The Marland Association[53][54], 1930 to 1954. Charlston's family is reportedly also associated, through his great-grandfather, with the late Chief Justice of the Oklahoma State Supreme Court and future Governor of Oklahoma, Robert L Williams, the principal author of the Oklahoma state constitution; The late EK Gaylord, publisher, The Oklahoman daily newspaper, Oklahoma City; Along with the late Wyatt Tate Brady, founder, the city of Tulsa.

Charlston formed, as indicative of his general crude oil historicity (through his special purpose drilling account, one of many entities held by Charlston), Gooden-Charlston Petrol LLC, a Washington State limited liability company, now based with Charlston in Charlston's politically and familially core jurisdiction, Oklahoma, then a wildcat HZ lateral drill, with Big Star Oil & Gas, Midland, Texas, the Fairway HZ Lateral Prospect Area, Howard County, Texas, Wolfcamp Stack Play -- The exploratory Ryder Unit[55], associated with Charlston, has produced since inception 1.8 million barrels of oil, and 3.6 million MCF natural gas. The find resulted in -- Big Star Oil & Gas next to immediately being acquired[56] by Callon Petroleum, 2016, for 358 million dollars. Charlston reportedly declined to exit his decimals retaining his participating and non-participating decimals across the find. Callon Petroleum announced, January 04, 2024, APA / Apache Corporation will be acquiring[57] Callon Petroleum for 1.4 billion dollars. Charlston reportedly holds more than the one unit with Callon Petroleum -- arguably Callon Petroleum's more prized assets.

Similarly, Charlston reportedly holds in the upper-Midland Basin, if not exclusively, similar unit formations, Wolfcamp HZ lateral units -- derived in part from his associations, both individually and, at his familial unit (Charlston's great-grandfather having been a political associate of Oklahoma City's late Aubrey McClendon's uncle, Governor Robert S Kerr[58], Oklahoma, founder, Kerr-McGee Corporation[59], both politically in their commonly associated jurisdiction, Oklahoma, and in their alleged associations at the interstate Suite 8F Group[60] entity allegedly associated with Charlston himself), with the late Aubrey McClendon[61], founder of Chesapeake Energy Corporation[62], Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and American Energy Partners[63]. It appears Charlston survived the untimely passing[64] of his relationship and continues to hold, all, his noted interests, while continuing in his implied activities cognate. Charlston, similarly, is reported to have formed cognate assets with Barth and Travis Whitham, Denver, Colorado, the founders of Enduring Resources LP[65], associated with, EnCap Investments LP[66], Houston, Texas; EMP (Energy & Minerals Group), associated with ExxonMobil Corporation and John Raymond[67]. All back-door structural farm-ins. Charlston reportedly has had farm-in relationships with energy extractive entities, Washington, DC based, controlled by EIG Partners[68], specifically, and The Carlyle Group[69], the latter being associated with the American military industrial complex and, specifically,

The Republican Party of the United States, inextricably associated with Charlston.

In most foregoing instances, if not all -- Charlston remains as the sole surviving remaining formative and legacy title entry on reflected title; Charlston, as well, appears to remain as the sole remaining formative and legacy title entry superseding two or more of the once operated working interests, leaving Charlston as the remaining formative legacy title entry at the working-interest(s) ex any additional associated non-participating interests also held.

A curious, and miraculous, feat, to say the least.

As of November 18th, 2020 -- Per filings at the Washington State Secretary of State's Office, Westfall Gooden Oil LLC dba Westfall Gooden Oil Company is owned by Charlston through his state of Oklahoma irrevocable trust: Cory Gooden Charlston Irrevocable Trust[70] - With the entity registered as legally domiciled in Oklahoma with the Oklahoma Secretary of State[71]. One of a number of oil and gas producing entities, nine or more, if more notable than most holding Charlston's jurisdictional formation status large mineral estates of an institutional quality, registered at Secretary of States' offices ascribed as being held/owned by Charlston's trusts across three or more states within the United States -- Presumably ensuring Charlston material annuity-like severed-mineral revenues.

Charlston - 2021

Charlston is a petroleum landman, actively involved with industry associations[7][72] , and non-conventional and conventional energy mineral development[73] -- An oil and gas operator, state of Oklahoma: Charlston is the owner, Westfall-Gooden Reserves, LLC[74], an Oklahoma limited liability company, holding Charlston's operated petroleum leases.

Westfall-Gooden Reserves, LLC:

As of 2022, Westfall-Gooden Reserves, LLC,

formed in 2020, months after Charlston was agreed-released -- no-guilt entry -- pursuant to alleged politically motivated assassination and/or intimated plots on, reportedly, most of the Democratic Party electeds, Washington State, to include mayoral associated office holders, along with politically aligned King County Washington "RINO" Republicans, associated as well with King County Council Finance Chair, Pete von Reichbauer, a long argued political-party nebulous political machine actor, King County, Washington, Charlston's at times, oddly, relationship, of Washington State[75] (See the below subject entries -- No Guilt Findings & Appellate Reversals & Estoppel Case Law Entries -- for Charlston) -- in a controversial and impromptu, argued to be constitutionally illegal by many notable members of the Washington State Bar Association[76], with insinuations the agreed release was state arranged at the highest levels of Washington State[77] civil law enforcement in conjunction with the United States Justice Department[78], subject to his jurisdictional removal to his family's long primary state of Oklahoma, United States, Charlston was admittedly beaten while in custody, resulting in law enforcement career terminations, while arguably a political prisoner,

is a top 1,000 United States oil and gas producer[79] per volumes, while in the top 500 oil and gas producers per volumes in Oklahoma[80]. Per the Oklahoma Tax Commission -- Charlston's operated crude oil and natural gas alone, 2021, is 300 to 1000 barrels of oil equivalent per month[81][82]. With a concentration in the Cushing-Drumright Field's[83], Keystone subset, the notable Coyote Trail Producing area, Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Charlston through Westfall-Gooden Reserves, LLC, if not exclusively, owns today most of the Rock Creek Oil Field, Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Un-Incorporated Creek and Tulsa Counties, Oklahoma.

Which would seem to suggest, reportedly as of January, 2022, no bank loans known nor recorded, Westfall-Gooden Reserves, LLC[84] alone would afford Charlston a net-worth of 10 to 20 million dollars, just on an Oklahoma Tax Commission production reported discounted present value basis ex all associated held operated assets along with HBP leasehold minerals, leaving Charlston's net-worth just on an operated crude oil and nat gas basis meteorically fecundating at 3 to 4 million dollars per annum, ex base commodity appreciation, every year since his agreed removal, March, 2020, on a primary basis back to his family's Oklahoma core jurisdiction.

An Exhibit of Charlston's complex well-bore designs, Charlston reportedly designs and builds himself with his field trained technicians, tending to be much discussed in his Oklahoma. Subject asset above is one of, many, Charlston owns, produces, post acquiring and rehabbing, in his Oklahoma oil fields, he does tend to either own the basic mineral, care in-part of his more notable relative noted throughout the writings here, or the leasehold estates Charlston tends to acquire on an operated basis, or form if not inherited on a non-operated basis.

Charlston's admittedly -- material -- non-operated oil and gas production remains non-reported on a dis-aggregated severance tax basis to the varied state tax commissions leaving information opaque and private, while his relationships, to include Exxon Corporation[85], ChevronTexaco[86], Conoco, Occidental Petroleum, Devon Energy, and Continental Resources owned by Oklahoma City's Harold Hamm, as instances, have refused disclosure and comment. Accentuating the opacity of Charlston's opaque and considerably esoteric asset position. Charlston reportedly drills with others, primarily non-conventional horizontal lateral oil and gas wells across multiple jurisdictions.

In many instances, Charlston holds non-replicable non-operated producing interests, working-interests, royalty burdens, and varied miscellaneous mineral participating interests, to include assets which have been or are associated with the United States military industrial-complex[87] and the United States Energy Department[88].

Charlston's 8/8th net-worth is unknown, if likely material -- in-part veiled by trusts, associated limited liability companies, across multiple US state jurisdictions, his elusive personality and person, and the nature of his core reported assets, mineral extractive activities, his relationships' refusal as noted above to discuss his assets or even his person; And a general fear Charlston tends to instill or induce in his associated others.

Charlston with former President Donald Trump's -- Chief-of-Staff; The former chair, Republican National Committee.

As is it is pretty obvious today Charlston was targeted in 2017 and 2020, effectively admitted on the agreed-release no-guilt entry and, concomitant, jurisdictional removal, of Charlston, by the Washington State Attorney General's Office, Charlston vacated interstate, targeted by the King County, Washington, political establishment, with state sponsored violence abusing agencies across Washington State moving to politically compartmentalize and control Charlston, associated with Pete von Reichbauer, along with the King County "RINO" Republican Party[75], associated with the Lincoln Project[89] (A now notoriously demonstrated homosexual and pedophile run political hatchet-job office, Washington, DC, associated with the Seattle law firm, Perkins Coie, Hillary Clinton's legal counsel implicated in the "Russia-gate Hoax" in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), in part chaired by a former King County Republican Party Chairman, set-up post the former president, Donald John Trump, being elected 2016, in conjunction with the Washington State Democratic Party they are associated with, a la' the former American president, Donald John Trump) -- We do note:

Jim Ferrell[90] (A purported -- Democrat -- expelled by his self-professed Party 2022 as a fraud thereto[91][92]; Likely effectively career terminated), the Mayor of Federal Way, Washington, a jurisdiction today saturated in lawlessness, homelessness and associated public indecencies, meteoric homicide rates, at times involving illegal aliens afforded jurisdictional situational in "Safe Cities" offset, intimately associated with the foregoing, since an alleged sympathetic associate of the King County Ku Klux Klan community having been reported scheduled as a keynote speaker at one of the interest's gatherings in his area, within the context of Progressive leaning deep blue King County, as outlined below, was denied advancement to the King County District Attorney's Office, 2022[93], notwithstanding running on a "law and order" platform in an area simply enjoying a crime epidemic[94].

Joe Fain, now an alleged rapist, "Mr. Lincoln Republican," once the Washington State, State Senate, Minority Leader, Charlston's Republican Party, if within the context of Washington State implying obvious complexities, and Pete von Reichbauer's adopted son and former chief-of-staff, was booted from office and left politically ruined[95].

Reagan "Big Tent Republican" Dunn, the son of late Congresswoman Jennifer Dunn, now a reported recalcitrant intoxicant[96] drunkard denied advancement to Congress defeated in the primary 8th Congressional District, 2022[97].

While, Pete von Reichbauer, is today 77 years old likely scheduled-post-mortem professionally -- and lonely on the King County Council, Kathy Lambert, known colloquially as "Pete's Girl," having been dismissed post defending the alleged rapist, Joe Fain[98], noted above, while allegedly engaging racially insensitive tropes arguably consistent with her colleague noted above, Jim Ferrell[99].

All, associated in complexity politically with Charlston, if erstwhile in animus it is reported on Charlston's ideologically purest historicities and associations within Charlston's Republican Party -- Charlston's right-tilt and, presumably, Charlston's Southern Republican Leadership Conference (SRLC)[100] legacy associations and commitments.

Charlston has -- denied -- involvement, in the noted difficulties observed by his varied estranged political associates noted above, notwithstanding the contrary allegations noted below, on the social media pages, in rag-local tabloids controlled to varying degrees by the interest noted above, and in Washington State courts, etc, resulting in the political difficulties, delimitations, or outright demise of, all, the foregoing actors. Charlston noting his "retirement" from American electoral politics.[101] Charlston has reportedly renounced his associations with the Republican National Committee[102] stating "He is an Oklahoman Republican", an "SRLC Republican," and, whatever it may mean, an "Oil-crat", in a seemingly derisive dismissiveness, if consistent with Charlston's known rightwing perspectives and eccentricities and rightwing impudent manners and -- stylistics. If one would think, in light of the number of law enforcement personnel "retired" by the abovesaid group interest 2017-2020 as Charlston was agreed removed interstate, Charlston's rapidly scaling net-worth and, likely, electoral power position, must, be unnerving.

Global Climate Change Controversy and Charlston:

Charlston has reportedly contested the scientific methodologies supporting the causality between global climate change and the combustion of hydrocarbons pursuant to human activities stating the prognostic modeling supporting the asserted causal relationships are "simplistic" mathematics subject to mathematical dynamics implied[103] operating as a "sophisticated expropriative scientism" -- while stating, arguably callously, he has no intention to cease nor desist in his implied primary energy-extractive activities in fossil rocks.

Charlston, the great-grandson of arguably the principal founder of the Interstate Oil Compact Commission[104] once an argued oil cartel has also, seemed, to insidiously imply his, intentions, to weaponize, such questions and associated public policy, for his own -- purposes.

Charlston has stated his view, qualified within the context of agency obligatory, not being in national public office in his country, the United States, if it might not matter: Charlston doesn't view "energy independence" nor "energy dominance" as the object in the context of United States extractive petroleum production; He views, energy profits, as the -- object.

Charlston has stated arguably evasive, and decidedly problematic, views on the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Counties (OPEC)[105]. Stating OPEC in itself is arguably a legitimate production coordinating mechanism existing consistently with the national interests of his country, the United States, and especially the jurisdictional interests of his Oklahoma, an argued petrol-state jurisdiction intimately associated with Charlston and his familial unit, within the United States of America. While Charlston, in more inflammatory speech, has suggested, the American Democratic Party's hostility to, OPEC, as an international public policy organization, may reflect upon the Party's historical animosities and insensitivities.

Charlston, an economist by training, once on a Phd pure social sciences economics track, public policy, per his family's directives and desire to effectuate a public service work outcome for Charlston consistent with the family's long-association with public policy in their native Oklahoma, in response to the Environmental Protection Agency's[106] "Biden" Methane Gas Final Rule, 2023[107] -- curiously stated "the inconvenient fact pursuant to Say[108], is supply, creates, its own demand." Charlston echoing within the context of the question implied French liberal economist Jean Baptiste Say. Charlston has unexpectedly and inexplicably further stated the regulation by the state of methane gas releases and/or emissions, if "graduated," whatever that would mean, may be consistent with his personal and industrial interests, rationally understood. Charlston, vaguely, quoting his great-grandfather, CH Westfall, amongst the originators of the legal doctrine today standard law in most oil producing jurisdictions in the United States, stated the co-tenancy of a reservoir along with an implied covenant upon a surface estate effectuating complexity in co-tenancy to the aforenoted properties, necessitates the Correlative Rights Doctrine[109] in conjunction with the Law of Capture[110], irrespective of any elasticity implications for the general structure of extractive production and, therefore, price. If, admittedly, as Charlston has stated, the effects upon price may, be, considerable or projected to be so. Charlston further stated while he does "find" oil; He doesn't find oil -- He owns oil and markets oil post extraction.

Charlston has stated on the question of crude oil, hydrocarbons more generally, production itself pursuant to Say's Law[111], implies demand, with every constraint upon supply creation a positive price in-elasticity compounding variable, ceteris paribus. Charlston has continued, stating while he is trained as an economic liberal, and generally is one in his general views, as crude oil (hydrocarbons) goes -- His position is consistent with his complete inheritance.

Charlston in a quixotic on-subject, if off-subject, assertion of a point-in-fact, within the same context as his outlined argumentation above, stated Houthi guerrilla activities on the Red Sea[112] positively and negatively discount into price, crude oil, on Say's Law, just as "crab infested pussy" implicates the "value" of its alternative pursuant to "alternative cost theory," Von Wieser.[113]

Charlston is associated with the American Right -- characterized regularly as, rightwing-extremist, himself -- ideologically and politically both individuately and at his notable family's nuclear familial unit.

Charlston's great-grandfather is one of the principal founders of the proto- Oklahoma Democratic Party's rightwing faction associated with the late Wyatt Tate Brady[114], Tulsa, Oklahoma. Once the co-chair, The Democratic National Committee. Who has been suggested by latter-day historians to have been one of the Grand Cyclops' of the Tulsa Ku Klux Klan[114](disputed), along with the founder, contemporaneously with the latter, of the Knights of Liberty[115] Oklahoman para-military group, a rightwing association of vigilante actors associated with the perpetration of the Tulsa Outrage, 1917[116], targeting purported Socialist International affiliated persons and organizations in the general community around Oklahoma state formation.[117] If admittedly to be cautious on Charlston's known sectarian affiliations no such direct association is known to have been reported. Purportedly instrumental in the impeachment and removal from office of late progressive Oklahoma Governor, Jack C Walton[118], an alleged coup action[119]. Leaving Charlston a political, apparatchik, scion of arguably both major United States political parties. Oddly. While his great-grandfather was a board member of the Oklahoma Council of Defense[120] and Tulsa County Council of Defense associated with late Governor Robert L Williams, an extra-legal, non-State Legislatively authorized, and controversial, War-Time preparedness body derived from the National Defense Act of 1916[121], Congress, which have since been alleged to have been, as well, central-coordination bodies for extra-legal para-military groups and operations in Oklahoma, 1916-1920's[122], associated with the proto-Oklahoma Democratic Party's center-right sub-factional interest. Charlston has been characterized as, ideologically saturated, arguably consistent on the associated historicities, in rightwing extremist ideologies, and therefore in his political views.

Charlston has no known electoral intentions, while Charlston's rightwing extremist ideologies and perspectives discussed above and below, along with his controversial person, it would be presumed might preclude. Notwithstanding, Charlston's country, the United States of America, contemporaneously, has been exhibiting political polarity consistent with partisan extremist electoral outcomes[123] which may obviate conventional-wisdom on subject. Furthermore, Charlston's primary jurisdiction, Oklahoma, state thereof, exhibits unique structural electoral dimensions, viz a closed primary system[124], as one matter, within Charlston's Republican Party primaries[125], while the state is a notorious bastion of American rightwing dispositions[126] possibly explaining Charlston, a legacy Oklahoman whose family is intimately associated with the jurisdiction's formation, himself, in-part. Charlston appears, as well, to be associated with politically notable Oklahoman historicities substrate to the jurisdiction's modern political alignment implicating modern Oklahoman Republican Party primary processes transcending sectarian communities and sectarian considerations -- specifically as those primary processes relate to the general consolidation of jurisdiction within a Republican Party alignment post-1957 through - present: Charlston's family as noted herein historically being associated with the Southern Democratic Party[127] and proto-Andrew Jackson Network in what is today the United States heavily influencing Eastern Oklahoma and Little Dixie Oklahoma associated with Charlston's family.

Charlston with reported perfect SAT scores[128] is reported to have been held while in Washington State custody pursuant to Washington State Attorney General's Office directives in especial administrative segregation arrangements, in one instance involving an entire vacated tier of a medical segregation unit but for Charlston, from concerns relating to his politically complex person vis-a-vis in-custody populations and communities along with his differentiated intellectual quotient. Washington State clinical psychologists who have evaluated Charlston have characterized Charlston as patrician-authoritarian in personality.

Charlston has allegedly been the subject of United States' security agency surveillance and is understood to be hosted in the American state of Oklahoma, his family's long-time associated jurisdiction, in part from political considerations. Charlston's step-grandfather was the purported business partner of Jacob Leon Rubenstein (Jack Leon Ruby)[129]. While Charlston's great-grandfather, along with his associated relationships, has been alleged to have been of interest to the Warren Commission, 1963[130], the Assassination of President John F Kennedy[131].

May, 2023 -- Charlston after a period of noted alienation from the United States political system[132], and even seemingly his own party's electeds, during which Charlston progressed into what has been characterized by many as an extreme right-wing perspective, announced his partial and provisional "retirement" from American politics, stating, paraphrase, "the United States' political system is an arranged exercise (sic) an Oligarchy" electorally speaking, "controlled in-part by the US Department of Justice" and associated agencies and departments; There is no "American Democratic Process" traditionally understood.

In point of fact, the condition being alleged as such, Charlston stated "he may prefer a United States Military Junta". Charlston is known to admire the late General Augusto Pinochet[133] of Chile. A notorious trans-national ideologically Right human rights violator principally accredited with the forced removal and assassination of the then democratically elected President of Chile[134] along with systemic ideologically motivated purges of the center-left political opposition to his imposed military Junta. Charlston has since notably refused to participate in partisan political social gatherings involving his national Republican Party, stating "he is nominally associated today with his Republican National Committee -- he frowns upon" -- per force of his continued associations with his Oklahoma Republican Party, while he has been noted rarely leaving the state of Oklahoma spending most of his time in oil fields he owns[135] [136]in the state difficult to place, communicate with, and/or secure access to. Charlston is notably popular with the Oklahoma Republican Party's[137] registered members; The Oklahoma Republican Party being -- The Oklahoma Republican Party[138], one of the more right-center state parties in the United States.

Charlston, is, a notable political finance actor; And according to the Oklahoma Ethics Commission[139], alone, Charlston being reported as active in, multiple, United States' state jurisdictions, has financed, or does finance, every, Oklahoma member of Congress, while he was a rare primary contributor to Congressman Kevin Hern's then long-shot inaugural campaign for Congress[140], the Tulsa Congressional District; He is reported at the Ethics Commission, campaign finance, to have financed the last four Oklahoma Attorney Generals[139], specifically the controversial former Environmental Protections Agency, director, Scott Pruitt, so the states' chief law-enforcement executive control; And has been reported to be close to and/or associated with Oklahoma's senior US Senator, Jim Lankford.

Charlston on -- US President Donald John Trump:

Charlston has stated he believes the former president, Donald John Trump -- he has been associated with in the past -- was subjected to a Central Intelligence Agency (United States Non-Domestic Intelligence Services)[141] [142]supported coup, 2020, by the US Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigations.[143] Echoing, or even instigating, extreme right-wing assertions we see on the Republican Party's fringes.

Charlston stating Covid 19 as a pandemic was an arranged US Intelligence Community "hit"[144] on the former president's electoral ambitions, with an ongoing coup action aimed at the former president persisting through 2023-present aimed at barring the former president from US electoral office. Echoing, or even instigating, extreme right-wing assertions we see on the Republican Party's fringes.

Charlston has characterized the January 6th United States Capitol "Disruptions", as Charlston has put that, as an "inside-job,"[145] orchestrated by the political establishment Washington DC Interest to diminish the credibility of Charlston's American political Right along with the outgoing president, the United States' former president, Donald Trump. Echoing, or even instigating, extreme right-wing assertions we see on the Republican Party's fringes.

Charlston has stated what he has referred to as the "Washington DC Cartel" has weaponized the US Federal Judiciary and select state judiciaries[146], primarily in Democratic National Committee controlled jurisdictions, to attempt to effectuate electoral outcomes vis-a-vis the former US President, Donald Trump. Echoing, or even instigating, extreme right-wing assertions we see on the Republican Party's fringes.

Charlston has stated the weaponization of the Federal Judiciary and select state judiciaries is a form of an attempted "judicial coup" upon the US electoral process[147] and the United States Constitution, belying the stated democratic impulses of his politically aligned others.

Charlston has stated his belief an internal "Deep State"[148] associated cell within his own party, he has referred to as the "Washington DC Cartel" when coupled with others, the American Republican Party, is and has been involved in conjunction with the Democratic National Committee in the abovesaid alleged ongoing machinations asserted by Charlston as being observed in his country -- The United States -- today. Echoing, or even instigating, extreme right-wing assertions we see on the Republican Party's fringes.

Charlston has stated, remarkably, he does not just support the former President if elected, 2024, tending to authoritarian public policy actions[149]; Charlston has stated he both expects such actions and, remarkably, would be disappointed if such actions were not observed his electoral interest(s) by the former President if elected. Charlston has, been, known to perplexingly and sardonically reflect approvingly on the late General Augusto Pinochet, Chile, at the Coliseum[150], the Villa Grimaldi[151], while he is reported to view Alberto Fujimori,[152] of Peru, approvingly.

Charlston and Controveries:

Charlston has been the subject of considerable controversy himself -- having been removed at the behest of the Washington State Attorney General's Office[153], 2020, and the United States Justice Department[154], from Washington State, United States, by way of an arranged federal law enforcement escort to Sea-Tac International Airport, Washington State, and a private flight to Will Rogers International Airport, Oklahoma, remanded to his family's long-native state of Oklahoma, the United States, where he now resides, after having been allegedly kidnapped 2017, only to be repeatedly beaten, by a law enforcement cell in Washington State in conjunction with disgraced Federal Bureau of Investigation's director, James Comey[155]. Charlston is politically associated with former United States President, Donald John Trump. Charlston has been twice extra-Constitutionally prosecuted and illegally detained by the state[156] -- with no guilt findings being entered. Charlston has been exonerated at trial in alleged politically arranged judicial actions[157] resulting in the state of Washington alleging in court dockets in King County District Court and King County Superior Court, Washington State, Charlston is extra-judicial due to historicity, involving civil rights violations of Charlston, with the state, his wealth, political associations, and alleged familial associations with the United States' formative institutions.

King County, Washington, Prosecuting Attorney Office - 2022:

Pursuant to Charlston's 2019, "Politically Malicious Prosecution; No Guilt Finding: Washington State vs. Charlston, 2019, arranged and/or agreed with King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg and Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson (See Below "Controversies"), involving James Alan Ferrell, Mayor of Federal Way, Washington, and much of his since, dismissed, Federal Way Police Department, command staff -- Charlston was seen with an entourage of suburbans, January 9th, 2022, with armed escort, believed to be former law enforcement, at 500 S 336th St, Federal Way, Washington, 98003, an office building owned by Herb Simon[158], of SimonJohnson Co., Tacoma, Washington[159], the former chair of the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Washington State, a longtime associate of Washington State Senator Patty Murray and Charlston. Charlston is a long-time member of the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee known as AIPAC[160] in the United States and has been alleged to be a finance agency actor of the extremist and, argued to be, racist late Rabbi Meir Kahane[161] and his controversial entities and, argued to be, extremist Religious-Zionist organizations.

Tenants at the building reported to law enforcement and Federal Way City Hall Charlston's appearance, presence, and the armed personnel at the building, some reportedly with AR-15 assault rifles: Charlston's long shuttered "Suite 111" at the building was being gutted, multiple bankers boxes removed from the premises, to U-Haul trucks. Charlston's Mercedes-Benz long parked on the premises in the Herb Simon owned parking lot was reported placed on a flat-bed and removed from the jurisdiction en banc. The vehicle since appearing in downtown Oklahoma City. The Federal Way Police Department, Washington State Patrol, and King County Sheriff's Office all reportedly declined to respond or appear.

James Alan Ferrell announced his campaign for King County District Attorney January 7th, 2022[162].

Post the reported 24 hour vacating of all bankers boxes, documents, personal property, Charlston's entourage reportedly vacated the jurisdiction of Federal Way, Washington, while Charlston reportedly disappeared. All Charlston's associated Washington State entities, reflected at the Washington State Secretary of States' Office[163], reporting domicility to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a duplicate single-family office entity formed and incorporated in the state of Oklahoma, as reflected at the Oklahoma Secretary of States' Office -- Westfall-Gooden Sfo Co dba Westfall-Gooden Sfo Co. - Oklahoma[164].

February 2022, a series of mass emails, since identified as being associated with marketing firms err agencies under contract with Charlston in San Francisco, California and Kansas City, Missouri, alleging James Alan Ferrell was to be a keynote speaker at a "White Supremacist" Donald Trump Forum, in Fife, Washington, began to appear in email boxes of primarily ethnic minority residents across King County, Washington. Ferrell when confronted with the emails' allegations asserted that "someone" had "placed his name" as a keynote speaker scheduled to speak at the event in question without his permission or that of his campaign.

Per polling[165] reported at the time, James Alan Ferrell was widely expected to succeed Dan Satterberg as King County Prosecutor. Charlston is a notorious American political activist exhibiting rightwing extremist sentimentalities, views, associations, and expressions, and is associated with the former president of the United States, Donald John Trump.

On June 11th, 2022, Tina Podlodowski, Chair, the Washington State Democratic Party, publicly alleged James Alan Ferrell was a political opportunist, insinuated James Ferrell was a closet "white supremacist", and asserted James Alan Ferrell was not and has never been a "Democrat" as he self-characterizes post his separation from Charlston's Republican Party, United States, 2013[166]. Charlston's family are founding principals of the Oklahoma Democratic Party and the Democratic National Committee.

On November 8th, 2022 -- James Alan Ferrell's early plurality support had collapsed: James Alan Ferrell conceded to Leesa Manion, his opponent, November 10th, 2022, being defeated by a margin of 20 percentage points[167].

S.E. KEYSTONE OIL FIELD TRANSACTIONS, 2021:

Charlston early 2021, less than 12 months post his return to the jurisdiction of Oklahoma on his current primary basis, consummated a series of argued to be unusual transactions involving the SE Keystone Oil Field, Creek and Tulsa counties, Oklahoma[168]. Transacting with John P. Firey, Firey Oil & Gas, Inc[169], the local scion of a jurisdictional formation family similar to Charlston's if more localized, Charlston reportedly paid 83,000 USD, or the then equivalent value of 2 Redfork wells in the area, for an oil and gas operated complex involving 1 producing Redfork well(Oil), and 14 shut-in wells(Oil/Gas), holding over 3,840 gross mineral acres, and the rare Rock Creek (Single-Point) Pipeline system, Keystone Oil Field. This transaction does appear to have been consummated at the then market bottom, crude oil, of 38 dollars per barrel.

Post-transaction a title -- "defect" -- was, identified, by Charlston involving what is locally known as the "ADSU" or Allen Dutcher Sand Unit, a depth restricted legacy Oklahoma Corporation Commission forced pooled unit, 1972, a defect resulting in all operated title to over 7,780 gross mineral acres, 60 open-hole wells, and over 120 to 150 wellbores[170], being placed with Charlston[171]. Between 2021 through October 2022 -- Charlston has successfully consolidated all of the "Rock Creek Producing Area", a distinct subset of the SE Keystone Oil Field covering close to 8,000 gross mineral acres, with additional gross contiguous producing acreage, the Coyote Trail Producing Area offset, SE Keystone Oil Field.

Pursuant to Oklahoma Tax Commission, Pun Number[172], reports - Charlston as of January 2022, on the acquired complex and title cured integrated contiguous complex, alone, is producing 1000 to 1,500 boe per month, with no known petroleum lease mortgages recorded.

As of March 1rst, 2023 -- Pursuant to findings as published by MineralAnswers.com, Westfall-Gooden Reserves, LLC, is the 833rd largest oil company in the United States, and is wholly owned by either Charlston and/or his trusts[173].

The controversial Keystone Pipeline's southern leg traverses Charlston's operated leases. As does Charles Koch's, Koch Industries, high-pressurized crude oil pipelines.

Charlston is the great-grandson of the founder with late Oklahoma Governor EW Marland of the Interstate Oil & Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC)[174]. Charlston reportedly inherited pursuant to his family's elections much of his great-grandfather's estate(s), minerals, and hydrocarbon producing properties, held in trust for Charlston.

Controversial Alleged Familial Associations:

The great-grandson of Chester H. Westfall, deceased, and one of his primary designated heirs, the principal founder of the Interstate Oil Compact Commission[175] with late Oklahoma governor, EW Marland, then an effective United States-centric oil cartel[176] and crude oil price-fixing operation housed on the premises of the Oklahoma Governor's Mansion Complex, Oklahoma City -- Charlston is commonly referred to as "Cartel-Cory" in United States' oil and gas circles.

Charlston is purportedly the great-grandson, pursuant to filings in Washington State Superior Court referenced above and below, of one of the principal founders of the Oklahoma Ku Klux Klan, along with the Beno Hall "Den of Terror" Complex, Tulsa, Oklahoma, defunct and razed by the City of Tulsa post the Tulsa Riot, 1921, at the directive of then Governor Jack C. Walton, Oklahoma.

About - The City Sentinel (city-sentinel.com)[5][181]

TRANSACTION EFFECTIVE JANUARY 10TH, 2023:

After a considerable period of hostility towards Charlston by members of the journalistic staff of the Oklahoma City Sentinel, specifically Patrick McGuigan[182], the disgraced and dismissed former Editorial Director of the Oklahoman newspaper -- dismissed for perfidious subversive misconduct and insubordination by EK Gaylord II[183], Charlston is the great-grandson of EK Gaylord Sr's "Capitol Beat Reporter" and political lobbyist and one of the principal founders of ConocoPhillips Corporation[184] -- a member of the Oklahoma Commission to Abolish the Death Penalty[185], relating to, to-wit:

  • Charlston's political associations[186] with Oklahoma's Junior Senator, Markwayne Mullin, Congressman Tom Cole, both prominent members of tribal entities aligned with Oklahoma's powerful 5 Civilized Tribal entities, and Congressman Frank Lucas, Oklahoma, in addition to Charlston's known affinities for former Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmundson[187] and former Oklahoma County District Attorney, David Prater[188]
  • Charlston's proactive advocacy and positive views in relations to the Oklahoma City Police Department and Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 123 -- Charlston's family members are founding members of the Tulsa Police Department and the department's associated FOP Lodge 93
  • Charlston's argued to be extremist views on the Oklahoma Death Penalty and specifically the pending execution of death row inmate Richard Glossip[189]. Charlston has been outspoken on the subject reportedly having been in contact with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office on subject. Charlston reportedly has an open conflict with Patrick McGuigan on his alleged abuse of the Oklahoma City Sentinel to engage in yellow-journalistic advocacy on behalf of the Oklahoma Commission to Abolish the Death Penalty along with on behalf of politically Leftist criminal justice reform social justice activists
  • Charlston's complex views, Charlston is known to be averse to disestablishment argumentation in relations to Oklahoma's native American communities, on relations between the state of Oklahoma and the 5 Civilized Tribes of Oklahoma, in addition to Charlston's favorable views of Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond[190]

Charlston entertained and accepted January 10th, 2023, a buyout offer from his partner, lawyer Richard J. Grellner, an Oklahoma City based Anti-Native American Rights activist[191] and controversial Native Law attorney, for an undisclosed, if likely material, agreed condition. Condition reportedly ran into the 10's of thousands of dollars.

Richard J Grellner reportedly was observed and noted holed-up in his Heritage Hills, Oklahoma City, residence, asserting fear of Charlston, behind fortified gates as his legal counsel, Gungoll Jackson, Oklahoma City Office, negotiated with Mr. Charlston.

CONTROVERSIAL DEATH PENALTY VIEWS

On August 30th, 2021 - Charlston in an opinion piece[192] in his own newspaper, the Oklahoma City Sentinel[193], once christened "The City Sentinel", a non-daily alternative broadsheet, Oklahoma City, to the predominant Oklahoman, characterizing his views as consistent with the views and/or policy positions of the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office[194], if inverse to the published reportage and journalistic biases as published by his own long-time reporting staff, appealed for an immediate scheduling for execution of all appellate conforming Oklahoma Death Row Inmates along with their actual timely execution[192].

Charlston specifically noted the pending scheduling of Richard Glossip and Julius Jones[192] for executions, endorsed both, and seemed to insinuate an intention to invoke his influence within the political system[195] to effectuate and/or perfect indications by the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office[196] the intent is to proceed in the cases of both Capital Murder Offenders, with execution scheduling[197].

Charlston outlined, and/or referenced, a complex legal theory which seemed to indicate he viewed the question of "guilt" or "innocence" in such cases to be irrelevant to process and procedure, ex state or federal appellate relief being extended, focusing on process, procedure, and the statute mandates of the Oklahoma Death Penalty Statute in the context of a post-trial and conviction assumption[198].

Verbalizing concerns -- The Oklahoman Anti-Death Penalty and Reform Lobby have pointed to Charlston's intimate associations with the Oklahoma Republican Party, past and present Attorney Generals' of Oklahoma, Charlston is a sizable campaign contributor past and present to many, to include Attorney General John O'Connor, Oklahoma.

CHARLSTON AND THE OKLAHOMA PARDON & PAROLE BOARD

On September 19th, 2021, in an opinion piece[199] published in Charlston's Oklahoma City Sentinel Newspaper[200], a partnership held by the Westfall-Gooden Single-Family Office ("Westfall-Gooden Sfo, Co.")[201] with others, titled, to-wit:

"Opinion, Re: Adam Luck (Board Member), the Pardon and Parole Board and -- Harvard Values"[202]

Charlston -- specifically referencing adverse allusions Adam Luck[203], a Harvard University graduate and Oklahoma Pardon & Parole Board member, had made insinuating reasonable doubt in the post-conviction environment for Oklahoma Death Row Inmate Julius Jones as a condition of his recommendation on September 13th, 2021, Julius Jones should receive a commutation from Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt's Office[204] -- severely admonished and chastised the Oklahoma Pardon & Parole Board generally, and very publicly, if Adam Luck, in particular, in a public opinion writing, stating the board member was/is tainted with "Harvard Values" inconsistent with the social and political norms of the state Oklahoma, while he and his fellow board members were operating an extra-judicial exercise aiming to invalidate an Oklahoma pluralistic jury finding of guilt in the Julius Jones matter, recommendation for Capital Punishment, and a US Supreme Court review on subject in hand[205].

On September 20th, 2021 -- The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, consistent with Charlston's earlier intimations in a prior writing published in the Oklahoma City Sentinel[206] endorsing, scheduled 7 Oklahoma Death Row Inmates, to include Julius Jones, for executions late October 2021 and early November 2021.[207]

On September 29th, 2021 -- Governor Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma, denied the commutation recommendation of the Oklahoma Pardon & Parole Board[208]; Leaving the scheduled execution for a clemency hearing early October, 2021, along with the Oklahoma Pardon & Parole Board the obligatory prerogative to clarify the statements and insinuations of their board member, Adam Luck, on the public safety dimensions associated with Julius Jones and the apparent contradiction of Adam Luck vis-a-vis the general public's finding, pursuant to a jury trial, Julius Jones guilty of aggravated capital murder[209].

On November 12th, 2021 -- The 10th Circuit Federal District Court denied Julius Jones' requested injunction and stay and is awaiting execution scheduled for November 18th, 2021[210].

On November 13th, 2021 -- Charlston again in an opinion piece in his own newspaper, the Oklahoma City Sentinel[211] , noting the November 12th US District Court of Appeals ruling against Julius Jones reinstating Jones' scheduled execution, again chastised the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board, with especial attention given to Adam Luck, referencing the Jones' scheduled execution.

Charlston has been criticized post-facto by center-left members, along with others, of the Oklahoma City municipal community as disregarding the weighty implications of his childhood wrongful-conviction[212] [213] outlined below, and how his personal history might prejudice process reviews on the above subject. While Charlston's associations with the Oklahoma Republican Party[195], his familial associations with the formation of the Oklahoma state itself[214], and his diffuse political finance activities[195] have also been noted as problematic to his speech.

Besides a noted member of the Republican Party of the United States[215] -- Charlston has been prolific in his political finance[195] [216]activities reportedly even while wrongfully convicted and detained as a juvenile[212][213].

Charlston is reported by the Oklahoma Ethics Commission to be a contributor to the political finances of Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and Attorney General John O'Connor[217], both associated with Tulsa, Oklahoma, as is Charlston; Charlston is a large contributor to the political finances of former Attorney General Scott Pruitt of Oklahoma[218], the controversial former Environmental Protection Agency administrator, under former president, Donald J. Trump.

Charlston is associated with the late noted King County, Washington, Prosecutor Kim Maleng politically and has financed politically current King County, Washington, Prosecutor Dan Satterberg, according to the Public Disclosure Commission of Washington State[219]. And more generally per public disclosure databases -- He is amongst the largest finance contributors to Congressman Markwayne Mullin[220], Congresswoman Stephanie Bice, Congressman Tom Cole[221], Mike Hunter, amongst others, Senators James Lankford[222], and global climate change denialist[223], Jim Inhofe, amongst others, all of Oklahoma, in addition to Republican Party[224] committees and candidates around the United States.

Pursuant to filings found at the Public Disclosure Commission of Washington State[225], Charlston is associated with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, specifically former Attorney General Robert McKenna, current public policy and regulatory counsel and partner, Orrick Law, Seattle, Washington[226].

On October 29th, 2021 -- John Marion Grant was executed by lethal injection by the state of Oklahoma.[227]

On November 18th, 2021 -- Julius Jones, an hour before his scheduled execution, was denied the Oklahoma Pardon & Parole Board's recommended commutation pursuant to a life sentence with the possibility of parole by Governor Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma, in an unusual commutation of Jones' death sentence pursuant to a life sentence without possibility of parole, along with a full conditioning bar on any future petitions by Jones' for commutations of any kind[228]. Jones will spend the rest of his natural life in the Oklahoma State penal system barred from seeking any future commutations as a condition of the vacating of his death sentence[229].

Charlston has called for the immediate processing and execution of Richard Glossip, currently scheduled to be executed by the state of Oklahoma[230][231].

On December 9, 2021 -- Bigler Stouffer was executed by lethal injection by the state of Oklahoma[232]. Charlston reportedly when confronted thereafter by Anti-Death Penalty activists stated "It was too pleasant for him" seemingly referring to the adverse reportage on the Oklahoma states' controversial lethal injection cocktail used in state administered executions.

Adam Luck Resignation:

On January 14th, 2022 -- Governor Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma, associated with Charlston politically, Charlston politically associated and aligned with the past three sitting Attorney Generals, Republicans, Oklahoma, requested and received Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board chairman, Adam Luck's resignation[233].

WEALTH

Charlston's net-worth is nebulous and has been of much commentary and speculation in varied contexts, most specifically in King County Superior Court, Washington State[299]. In Renton vs Charlston, 2017; Washington State vs. Charlston, 2020: The State of Washington alleged Charlston's net-worth is not only considerable but effectively hosted, rendered esoteric, and indeterminatively defined, un-known fully, and/or non-fully disclosed by his notable family[300] and their associated politically aligned[301] jurisdictions in the United States. Charlston rarely discusses the matter.

Pursuant to Oklahoma Tax Commission[302] oil and gas severance pun number reports[303] generally available to the public -- Charlston's low volume, very low decline rate, wholly owned operated leasehold interests readily known to the public alone, ex all his known extensive non-operated oil and gas and mineral assets throughout the United States, seem to indicate Charlston has bottom thresh-hold income, as of 2021, from his operated Oklahoma oil and gas of 500,000 USD to 1 million USD per annum. Assuming a Discounted Present Value of 9 percent - On that basis alone Charlston would seem to have a bottom baseline net-worth of 6 to 12 million USD ex his extensive indeterminate non-operated oil and gas and mineral assets throughout the United States.

Charlston is reported to hold perpetual and leasehold title to 3 million plus gross mineral acres, varied net, in the United States[304][305] -- Of indeterminate Discounted Present Value. Assuming 1,000 USD to 3,000 USD per net mineral acre -- Charlston would seem to hold an indeterminate net mineral interest in over a gross 3 billion USD to 9 billion USD in oil and gas and miscellaneous perpetual and leasehold minerals in the United States, with a likely implied net mineral interest of 30 million USD to 90 million USD in addition to his Oklahoma operated oil and gas assets[306]. Charlston is reported, additionally, to hold pipeline assets, flowline assets, varied easements, of indeterminate value, if likely of considerable value.

Minerals:

Charlston is a material mineral rights owner in the continental United States. The exact mineral position is unknown if admittedly material. Charlston reportedly owns and/or holds at leasehold interest(s) 1.5 percent of the aggregate minerals Creek County, Oklahoma[307][308], 6 percent of the aggregate minerals Oklahoma County, Oklahoma[309], and 9 percent of the aggregate minerals Ward County, Texas, varied net, as synopses of the material nature of his not publicly well-delineated assets. Charlston reportedly holds similar mineral positions most counties, Oklahoma[310], and is reportedly amongst the largest mineral rights owners in Oklahoma, along with throughout all the continental United States' hydrocarbon producing basins, if specifically, Texas[311].

SUBSEQUENT INDICTMENT 2016; NOT GUILTY VERDICT: WASHINGTON STATE VS. CHARLSTON, 2016

Charlston was indicted 2016, Renton, Washington, after returning from President Donald John Trump's inauguration, where he was an especially invited attendee, in what has since been alleged to have been a Washington State Attorney General Office involved structuralized arrest, detention, and in-custody beatings of Charlston. While in attendance, Washington, DC, Charlston was state surveilled by James B. Comey's Federal Bureau of Investigations at his penthouse president's suite, Ambassador Hotel, Washington, DC, and at the Hay Adams Hotel Penthouse Suite.

The host of the inaugural event was Harold Hamm[328] - The founder: Continental Resources, Inc.[329], Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In what has been acknowledged to have been an arranged attempt at a structuralized DUI arrest coordinated at Renton, Washington, City Hall -- Charlston was alleged February 7th, 2017, to have repeatedly beaten David Christopher Hoffman[330][331], the then Master Builders' Association of King & Snohomish Counties, Washington, chief lobbyist, and a self-admitted pervert and clinically diagnosed sexual deviant, his then best-friend of 12 years, after identifying David as the primary operative in the identified and acknowledged plot. David Christopher Hoffman[332] was audio recorded that evening by Renton City Hall communicating with the Renton Police Department on the city hall non-emergency phone systems in relations to Charlston's expected arrival and expected departure.

The Renton Police Department would enter into discovery voluminous self-incriminating video and audio recordings - to include one of the three recorded law enforcement admitted beatings of Charlston while in adverse custody. Charlston is recorded being beaten after having been discharged from the Valley Medical Center, Renton, Washington, post being reviewed for such an assault, along with recorded having been thrown into a concrete wall repeatedly while restrained at the Regional Justice Center, Des Moines, Washington, while Renton Police Department personnel are recorded in police cruisers discussing gleefully the politically arranged assaults.

Attorney General Bob Ferguson[333], Washington State, is referenced on audio recordings as having been one of the principal persons involved in the arranged assaults.

David was left with considerable brain-damage by Charlston, while Charlston disregarded members of the Renton Police Department's SWAT team, present and awaiting his arrival and departure, along with a subsequently armed, Springfield 9m toting, David Christopher Hoffman, who he continued to massively beat. David suffered bruising to his frontal lobes with residual cognitive damages along with other lobes of his brain implicating cognitive functionality and motor skills. David is recorded attempting to flee as Charlston massively beat David up a flight of stairs only to attempt to throw David off the 3rd-floor breeze-way thereof.

During the course of criminal discovery, City of Renton; Washington State vs. Charlston [Case Number(s) 7Z0305931 & 7Z0305930] -- the audio and video recordings of Charlston being, state-sponsored, beaten while in custody by members of the Renton Police Department's SWAT Team would be agreed stipulated in discovery to bar jury prejudicialization. While David Christopher Hoffman[330][334] would admit for the official King County Court Docket, under oath of perjury, a history of sexually deviant behavior arguably criminal in nature, along with a history of other miscellaneous misconduct -- along with acknowledging he is a clinically diagnosed sexual deviant[335]; The Renton Police Department would admit, under oath of perjury, Charlston was severely beaten while in custody.

Charlston, post a 3-day trial, 2017, would be found -- NOT GUILTY.

Mayor Denis Law, Renton, Washington[336], and Renton Police Department Chief of Police, Kevin Milosevich[337], would resign[338][339].

UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS & CONTROVERSIES:

Charlston has been characterized by US law enforcement agencies and the Washington State Attorney General's Office[340] and King County Prosecutor's Office[341] as quasi-extra-judicial-criminal-process and non-extraditable due to his civil rights history with the state of Washington, his wealth and resource position and social status in the United States, and his Jewish identity creating complicated questions associated with his alleged associations with late Rabbi Kahane's political networks[342] and his associations with the state of Israel. Charlston has disputed those allegations.

The Washington State Attorney General's Office, Attorney General Bob Ferguson, has characterized Charlston in King County Superior Court filings in terms of a quasi-state actor and agency-interest actor, the state of Oklahoma, United States of America.[343] Derisive allusions to his associations with the US independent petroleum community which he is a member of, along with his alleged unusual associations with the Interstate Oil & Gas Compact Commission, have been noted.[343]

Charlston is a sizable contributor to political committees in the United States[344] -- Specifically, the Republican National Committee aligned committees.

Furthermore, Charlston through his family unit is associated with the late Wyatt Tate Brady, Chairman, Democratic National Committee; Founder of the city of Tulsa and the Oklahoma Democratic Party[345]; Purportedly the sponsor of Beno Hall[346], the defunct, notorious, Ku Klux Klan "Den of Terror", Tulsa, Oklahoma, 1918-1935,[347] and the Oklahoma Ku Klux Klan[348] -- the alleged sponsor and organizer of the razing, Greenwood, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tulsa Riot 1921.[349][350] [351]Charlston has denied any associations with United States paramilitary organizations whether Jewish and/or the Ku Klux Klan or both. While he has had no comment on the latter allegation.

2019 Politically Malicious Prosecution; No Guilt Finding: Washington State vs. Charlston, 2019

WHITE HOUSE CHIEF OF STAFF PRIEBUS & CHARLSTON

Charlston was alleged September 2019 by the Mayor of Federal Way, Washington, James Allen Ferrell, a Democrat[352] and former King County Deputy Prosecutor, in addition to King County Councilman Pete von Reichbauer[353], the King County Council Budget Chair, along with the Washington State Democratic Party and associated law enforcement, to have threatened to assassinate[354] James Allen Ferrell, along with his administrative staff, city attorney's office staff, members of the command staff of the Federal Way Police Department and their Guild, as in union, leadership, the Washington State Democratic Party's federal electeds, and the associates of Pete von Reichbauer.[355][356][9] No Guilt Finding -- would be administratively entered at the bench with Charlston. Charlston would be -- unconditionally released.

Charlston denied the allegations asserting political malice and malicious prosecutorial intent and electoral racketeering involving the Federal Way Police Department Guild and James Allen Ferrell, Mayor of Federal Way, Washington, Democrat, while noting -- the constitutionally illegal juvenile remand and wrongful conviction, 1993[357] [358] -- was being used, opportunistically, and argued to be illegally, as probable cause, imputing questions of intentional Constitutionally illegal process with implied intentional civil rights violations.[359][157][360][361]Mr. Charlston was reportedly repeatedly beaten while in custody.[362]

Federal Way Mayor James Allen Ferrell, Federal Way City Attorney Ryan Call[363], and Federal Way Police Department Guild president, Commander Chris Norman, would allege in court filings Charlston is non-enforceable under Washington State RCW pursuant to his wealth, social and political status, and his civil rights history with the state of Washington. [361] [356] Allusions to Charlston's associations with the Jewish Defense League, the State of Israel, and purported familial associations with the Democratic National Committee's defunct paramilitary arm, the American Ku Klux Klan, Tulsa Ku Klux Klan[364], would prejudicially operate.

The King County Prosecutor's Office would allege Charlston is non-extraditable, along with non-enforceable by law enforcement in the United States, pursuant to his wealth, social status and political status, and his civil rights history with the state of Washington.[361] Charlston disputed those allegations. Observed would be allegations that the state of Oklahoma, if Charlston were to take recourse to his family unit's long-time core jurisdiction in the United States of America, would be unlikely to extradite Charlston. [356] Charlston disputed those allegations.

US ATTORNEY'S OFFICE & FEDERAL WAY POLICE DEPARTMENT INTERNAL INVESTIGATION:

The US Attorney's Office and Federal Way Police Department in conjunction with City of Federal Way Ethics Attorneys would conduct an internal investigation resulting in Commander Chris Norman, along with Lieutenant Seth Hanson, being released by the City of Federal Way notwithstanding his 30-year tenured employment along with his status as a founder, in part, of the Federal Way Police Department.

CORY G. CHARLSTON - UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASED FROM POLITICALLY MOTIVATED DETENTION:

King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg, King County Prosecutor's Office, in conjunction with Attorney General Bob Ferguson, Washington State Attorney General's Office, acknowledging political malice and malicious prosecutorial intent, and the ill-lawful detention of Charlston as a juvenile complicating the litigation;[325][213][358] [365]Along with associated questions relating to Charlston's civil rights and complex history with his office and the state of Washington while a juvenile;[358][157] In addition to Charlston's social and political status[366] making a conviction at trial difficult -- Would enter an agreed RCW Alford vs. North Carolina, No Guilt Bench Ruling, with Charlston, culpability denied, innocence maintained, in lieu of further litigation, subject to a prejudicial bar on any additional criminal litigation vis-a-vis Charlston. [361] [367]Further agreed -- Charlston would agree to move his primary residence back to the state of Oklahoma.[361][368]

In light of concerns in relations to the argued ability of Charlston to effectuate next to comprehensive terror and/or non-mitigable damages indirectly and/or harm[369] [370][371]upon the persons of James Allen Ferrell, mayor Federal Way, Washington, Commander Chris Norman, disgraced and dismissed former deployment commander and Federal Way Police Department Guild President, and Federal Way City Attorney Ryan Call -- Charlston will be asked to extend especial protections to include a 5-year no-contact order, agreed, to the foregoing interest and a verbal commitment to no-retaliatory recourses direct nor indirect. Charlston would comply.
