History[edit]

Cory was born on November 25th 1990 in Daegu, South Korea. Shortly after he turned 4 years old his parents decided to move to the United States of America where they found a new home in Portland, Oregon. He started to get into music and he soon found himself moving back to South Korea to start as a singer after graduating from college. He was a trainee for 1,5 years until he debuted as a member of 4K formed by Choeun Entertainment in 2012. After adding more members to the group the name was changed to 24K. He was the leader of the group and saved the music industry plenty of times with releasing self-produced music. Mr Hong has an angelic voice and a powerful rap. Sadly people didn't sleep on their beds but on 24K and the boys didn't get the love they deserved. Plus Choeun Entertainment is a bad comapany that doesn't know how to promote.

New name and new start[edit]

On January 25 2019, Choeun Entertainment announced that Cory would be leaving 24K since his exclusive contract with the company has expired.[1] and that he will pursue his career as a producer with his new stage name "Corbyn". Shortly after he started realeasing new music starting with the song and MV for M$D[2]. A few weeks later the next BOP followed called Switchin Lanez to which Cory made a very ornate lyrics video[3] The last song he released is called BLACKWHITE [4]and comes with a super aesthetic MV. Check it out yall!
