Count of Sarria
Count of Sarria was a Spanish noble title which was originally used in the 11th century and was later revived in the 14th century. Later it was recreated in the 16th century as the Marquessate of Sarria. Although the original connection between the title of Count and the tenancy of Sarria was circumstantial, it becomes clear that they were connected later. The first Counts of Sarria are referred to as "Counts in Galicia".
